Escape to IR38, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2nd floor condo with a private balcony overlooking the pool. Enjoy stunning Gulf views while sipping your morning coffee. This spacious condo sleeps 6 people comfortably and is fully equipped with a full-size kitchen, washer and dryer and all the comforts of home. Enjoy resort amenities including basketball, pickleball, tennis, sand volleyball, grills and picnic tables throughout the complex. This is the perfect spot for a family vacation or a weekend getaway.

The condo is clean and comfortable. It’s older but very quaint. All kitchen supplies provided. The pool view is nice. The best part of this rental is the top notch mattresses, bedding and pillows! Great sleep!!!

Bedroom with 2 beds the sink was clogged.Other bedroom had dead roaches and crickets under the bed. Very dirty.

Sand Fest Stay

I picked the property for its proximity to Sand Fest. The overall property was clean. The pool was nice. I appreciated security on the premise and at the entry. Our unit was clean with minor issues. The door lock was difficult open. There were exposed wires on an outlet on the balcony. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
