Open plan with granite work tops, living room and dining area. Huge balcony for cool drinks on hot nights.
The resort is just few minutes to walk to Convention Center and Epic Universal. Grocery store Publix and Walgreens nearby.
10-20 minutes by car to Disney area, shopping malls and outlets. International drive with a lot og restaurants and Icon Parks is 10 minutes away by car.
Beautiful resort with shared swimming pool, heated pool and fitness center. Happy hour at Clubhouse every Saturday with DJ and activities.
Spacious condo in a gated community. Quiet and safe.

It has 3 bedrooms.
Bedrroom 1: 1 kingsized bed.
Bedroom 2: 1 kingsized bed.
Bedroom 3: 2 single/twin beds.
Bathrooms: 2 full baths.
Qiet time from 9pm to 9am.
Please put trash outside, trash bin is located in the front of the unit.
Temperature in the unit set 71-75F
Maximun accupancy 8 persons, included adults and children.
Start kit of supplies is for the first day. Additional supplies like toilet paper, napkins, tissues, shampoo ect need to buy by guests under the stay. No cleaning service under the stay. No meals provided.
Please bring pets bed with you if you have pets under the stay. Pets are not allowed to sleep or play on the beds. We need to take care of future guests and staff with pets allergy.
