Beautiful, top floor unit with sunset, ocean views from the screened in Lanai. The condo has comfortable furnishings throughout, fully equipped kitchen. Common area has 2 grill's, dining area, a relaxing fire pit, pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle ball court. Walking distance to Marco Walk, great shopping, fantastic restaurants/outdoor seating, ice cream and sweet shops, live music, sports bar, book store, mini golf and movie theater. One block walk to the beach with chair and water sports rental.
The space
This super clean, costal vibe, comfortable condo has 1 queen bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower with a sliding door that leads out to the screened in lanai. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that easily and convert into a comfortable king. Separate bathroom with tub/shower combo. Upholstered pull out sleeper sofa with a recliner. Floor to ceiling sliding doors from the living room lead out to the screened in lanai with a table and 4 chairs. Beautiful view out to the ocean and the sunsets are spectacular! Dining room table and 6 chairs and a breakfast bar with 3 stools. Nice open, fully equipped kitchen.
Other things to note
Included in your rental is the use of beach chairs, umbrella, games, floats, coolers and wagon within the storage locker.

Great place to stay in Marco Island

Well appointed unit with good beach access. Beach equipment storage closet had everything needed for beach time. Kitchen was very well equipped.

Great Space

I was in Marco Island for work and this location was perfect. A cow or there were two great size bedrooms and the patio opened up to the main road. The apartment had a regular coffee pot and K cups, which was great. Overall was very clean and had everything I needed for my short stay. I didn’t go to the beach so I can’t speak to proximity to beach.

We had a great time celebrating spring break at Marco Island. Denise was wonderful to work with and the condo was amazing. We appreciated having access to the beach chairs and wagon and the public beach access was only a short walk away. We had a great time and hope to come back sometime.

Nice Place at GRANDVIEW

We were afforded the ability to check-in at 1pm, which was nice (with traffic, we weren't able to benefit from the early allowance, but it was still nice). The place was clean and had beach towels, toys, sunglasses and everything you'd need for fun in the sand/sun. The front glass door is AWFUL, you literally stand at the door yanking on it every single time you need to enter the unit. It is SO HEAVY and needs to be aligned, it was just terrible; the breeze had nothing to do with the door functionality, the door needs to maintenance/service. It was nearly impossible to have anything in your hands while you're trying to enter the unit because the door sticks and it's very hard to open, the handle doesn't turn...they need to fix that! And, it was a little off-putting to receive a text message at 10:27am reminding us that we need to be out of the unit because the cleaners will "be coming through by 11am". Even though we had already left the unit (by the 10am check-out time), it was a little snippy to send a text that the cleaning people were basically on our heels. Important to Note: It was EASTER SUNDAY and we laughed thinking that ANYONE was rushing over to clean a unit by 11am. There are other places right around the corner from Grandview and we will rent there next time. This was a cute place, but the exit text was rude and off-putting...especially when we followed the rules, left on time and were great guests. Marco Island is awesome though and we had a GREAT time.
