We invite you to enjoy true coastal living in this beautiful, single family beach home in one of San Diego's finest neighborhoods- Sunset Cliffs! Sunset Cliffs is known for its picturesque, panoramic views of the Pacific along with its abundance of unique bluffs and sheer cliffs. Known as "The Boat House", this home will make you feel like you've escaped onto an immaculate yacht newly redesigned and updated with modern furnishings. Its traditional "ship style" kitchen is custom-built to complement its exterior boat-like appeal. This home has all you need to enjoy a vacation to remember with memories you won't forget. All aboard!

This home is in a high-density coastal neighborhood. Car and foot traffic may be heard from time to time.
Sunset Cliffs is known for its picturesque views, rather than its easy beach access. Beach access involves moderate climbing down trail paths. While surfing is permitted, swimming is prohibited.
Central A/C is on 2nd floor only; central heat is on both floors.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Sunset Cliffs is San Diego's one and only Natural Park expanding over a mile long full of sandstone cliffs along Point Loma's Peninsula. Point Loma is a family-friendly neighborhood with historical charm. Neighboring Ocean Beach, this area has a variety of local shops, restaurants, and a bustling lifestyle. Ocean Beach is ideal for family beach days and swimming in the ocean. Point Loma provides easy access to Sea World (just minutes away), The San Diego Zoo & Balboa Park (15-20 mins.), SAN airport, and downtown - making it the ideal spot for exploring San Diego's lively city life!
Attention:
This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for staying with us!
