Uniquely 3 blocks north of famous Flagler Ave. Spectacular ocean front balcony with the comfortable, easy to get in and out of furniture. Incredible views all the way to Ponce Inlet. Effortless beach access by the pool with freshwater shower and rinse off. 2-bedroom 2- bath in one of the best complexes in NSB. Sit in the 2 leather recliners overlooking the waves crashing on the beach. Watch 1 of the 3 big screen tvs. Enjoy luxurious linens, pillows, cookware, furniture and furnishings. The condo is engulfed by the white sand, beautiful blue/green waters and sunshine pouring into the living area and master bedroom. Work in the kitchen is mesmerizing as you look out over the Atlantic Ocean at the horizon. Dolphins, turtles, birds, surfers, lifeguards and people watching at its best. So clean and smells like heaven. Stargazing is a must after having a wonderful meal of fresh seafood. Cook at the condo, stroll down the sidewalk to Flagler Ave. or drive to one of the many waterfront dining establishments both oceanfront and on the intracoastal waterway. Canal St. is a must for shopping, wandering and dining. Come relax and soak up the sun. Then sleep so soundly you wake up ready to play all day, FUN!

Early Morning sunrise and soothing ocean waves.

It is a wonderful little weekend getaway space. Brilliant sunrise views. I loved our stay in close proximity to many stores, restaurants, and downtown Flagger; it was amazing.

Family Beach Getaway

Our family drove over to the beach from Orlando for a few days and stayed at this condo. It was really nice and perfectly located just steps away from Flagler avenue which was perfect for the kids to walk to. We will definitely be back

Beautiful Condo

Very clean and comfortable condo. Decorated very nicely. Beds were very comfortable. Out of the 20 plus VRBO we have stayed at this one was the best! Had a blast in the pool and ocean and walked to restaurants and bars. Perfect location.

Property was as described and so very comfortable! We didn’t hv any cause to contact a property mgr (that’s why there’s 1 star, there was no option for N/A) Would definitely returnn ❤️

Beach Retreat

This property, location, and host are all five stars. The descriptions of all facets are extremely accurate if not under playing the perfection of this property. The short walk to all the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment is awesome. The views from the balcony and outside the property are stunning. The cleanliness and accommodations of the property were impressive. I highly recommend this beach retreat for anyone looking to book in the Nee Smyrna Beach area.

Wonderful place!

My husband and I were joined by daughter, son, daughter-in-law, and 2 pre-school grandkids for 5 days. We could not have been more pleased. The unit is spacious, beautifully-decorated, and spotlessly clean. Spectacular view as soon as you walk in the door. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, very comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen, plenty of plush towels, as well as cozy blankets for watching tv at night. Smart tv in living room was a nice touch. New washer & dryer were great. The exterior is clean with well-manicured landscaping and a beautiful pool. We will definitely be returning.

This is our second time staying in the unit and we love the location, and the condo is very nice. We had to purchase paper towels, and soap (shower), which would've been nice to have known beforehand. Additionally, some type of cleaning supply, like Windex or Clorox spray, would have been nice to have had, as we like to clean up after ourselves. The linens and pillows seemed a bit old and pillows were stained. The bedspread and blanket on the master did not appear to have been laundered? We appreciate the hosts and hope that our comments are not taken as negatives, but rather as something that they may or may not know about? If/when we returned to NSB, we would likely choose to stay again.. :)

Beautiful condo

Don't trust the owner. Never indicated there would be on going renovations with daily drilling in the column of condos next to our unit. He would not make reasonable rebate on rental price. In one instance with back and forth discussion he would make an offer if we gave him favorable ratings. Don't deal with this individual. A shame as his unit is perfect.

Relaxing and magical week

I was extremely pleased by our room. I've stayed down the street from this complex (and paid more!) but this room was nicer, cleaner and more updated than my last few years at the place down the street. Management was very responsive. Complex was quiet and clean. The room's amenities were plentiful and decor was nice and easy to maintain. Bedding was comfortable with plenty of bedding and pillows, beach towels and I loved having a washer and dryer. The only complaint is about luggage carts. The two available left alot to be desired. One was a PVC engineered contraption with a plastic tote attached with zip ties. The other was a shopping cart, again held together with zip ties. Other than the luggage cart issue, our week was perfection. Thanks for your hospitality.

The host was not welcoming as we felt like unexpected visitors. No beach chairs or umbrella- only at the pool area which is in shade most of the day. The beach was closed for two weeks due ho sand restoration. Not hosts fault but a discount for the inconvenience and noise would be fair but he was unsympathetic. Laundry door was broken and off hinge set in a corner. Same with guest bedroom closet door. The whole unit was substandard cleaned. Vacuumed and the basic wipe down of counters. The fan blades, vents and windows were filthy. Think with grease and dust. Microwave is rusty inside and sink might fall down any day as it’s corroding around the edges. The bed was comfortable and the guest bathroom shower very nice. Upgraded!
