Lakefront home built in 2022 on Lake Marion of the Santee Cooper Lakes. The home is located in Wyboo Creek which is the most popular place on the lake to vacation/ waterski/ tube/ etc. It is 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms with a whirlpool tub/ rain shower head in Master. Living room has couch and blowup mattress to sleep a few more if necessary. Sleeps 8-10 comfortably. 75" Flat Screen in Living Room, 50" Flat Screens in all 3 Bedrooms. Free Wifi. This home sits up high on the lot and has the most beautiful sunsets on the lake. It has a giant front porch with Charcoal Grill and it has a pier to dock your boat. Boat landing 1.2 miles from the house to launch your boat. Wifi password and entry info will be provided a day or two before check in.

Great Place to stay. Property was nice. If you like to fish you can pull boat right up on the Beach for easy access.

Great weekend on the lake

We had a great Memorial wknd on the lake! Even though we had some rain, we were able to relax in the home just fine. There were plenty of family games on hand in the pantry. Beds were all very comfortable, kitchen was nicely stocked (pots, pans, dishes and even spices); however there were no coffee mugs (glad we had our Yeti’s). Bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. If you’re going for fishing, we caught some small cats and bream off of the dock. Took the boats up a few slews to the right and had a few bass/bream hits. Overall, a great place for respite and we recommend and will likely stay again. Thanks to the host for being so responsive.

Fishing Getaway

Had a wonderful time staying at Lake Marion. This was our second time and we’ve all loved it. Family of 4, 2 boys (5 & 9) as well as 2 cousins who came as well. House was perfect and clean. Recommend 2 new restaurants in Manning… Porter Jacks and JK House of Ribs. Both really good. Spent a lot of time with the kids fishing around the dock and playing in the sand. Took the boat and set trotlines and caught 11 big cats. Neighbors to the left are wonderful as well and gave us many recommendations.

Great place by the water

My dad and I took a trip to this location to fish for the weekend. The house was great and the location worked out well. Had a close boat ramp as well so was able to utilize that and the dock that was at the house. Only negative is that the dock doesn’t have electricity to it yet to charge a boat. Also I would recommend to have a note book or paperwork in the house with instruction for check in and check out process. Also include internet details. The kitchen had plenty of items for use. Great neighbors as well. I will definitely come back and stay at this location

Santee Fishing with my wife and 2 boys (4 & 8)

Brought our boat down and had a perfect week enjoying the lake. Kids loved to play in the nice big backyard with a beach and dock. Caught bait fish off dock and set jugs in the cove. Caught 9 20-30 lb blue cats on Trotlines in mouth of Potato Creek. House was very clean and neighbors were friendly. Would definitely recommend and come back.
