Less than 10 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to Mercato! Property is pet friendly! Enjoy fishing, manicured lawn and landscaping, privacy, and a beautiful view from your back porch! Amenities included: 2 car garage, central air, central heat, alarm system, all kitchen appliances, updated bathrooms, large master closet, storage, washer and dryer, back porch and large yard. Utilities included: cable, electricity, heat, internet, air conditioning and water. All bedrooms have smart TVS. Is pet friendly with prior landlord approval. Available weekly or monthly.

Warm Getaway from Kansas Winter

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was nice to have an attached garage. The exterior and interior of the house are in excellent condition and extremely clean. Shanna was a great hostess and went the extra mile to furnish her kitchen with an extra table for us. She was easy to reach when we had questions. The location was very convenient to main North Naples streets. A quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants.

Awesome home!!!

Loved our stay, house was stocked with everything f you need! Paper products, garbage bags, ect. Made it very convenient not to have to pack all that. Owner was always available although we never had a problem it was perfect. Beautiful backyard , nice quiet neighborhood and central to everything in Naples. We will stay here again! Thanks

Beautiful and spacious

This is a beautifully appointed house with three large bedrooms and two baths. There is a large lanai with table and seating for five which can be accessed from three areas, including the master bedroom suite. A spacious, well-maintained lot has a view of a bay from the lanai. There is a dining room for six, a breakfast nook, and counter chairs and benches. Two large living room areas provide much seating. I would highly recommend this home for visiting or vacationing in Naples.
