Make your getaway to this newly furnished home located in desireable SE Cape Coral. I idealy located off of popular Del Prado and minutes from the bridge to Fort Myers. Whether your heading to Fort Myers or downtown Cape Coral, this location is perfect. This 3 bedroom/2 bath home features a beautiful coastal boho decor and is set in a very quiet area with full backyard/pool/spa privacy. The pool is heated featuring a sun deck and spa. Pool heat is included in your stay during the months of Oct-April.
Features: Outdoor Barbeque Grill , Fully fenced-in backyard, Two pool loungers, Two beach chairs, Cooler with wheels, beach towels. Pool has a tablet to control Spa/temp, Pool temp, and assorted pool lights. French Doors to Pool have a chime you can turn on for safety with children.

Hi, my name is Nicole and I am your host. I personally furnished and decorated this home. I designed it with a simple clean decor with the sole purpose of vacation rental. I reside in Michigan and yes Im a SNOWBIRD. Florida is my favorite getaway.

I chose this neighborhood because its quiet and close to busy Del Prado along with convienence to shopping and the bridge to Fort Myers. This home has beautiful high ceilings and an amazing pool. Not to mention the adorable palm trees.
