Come enjoy this clean, very spacious, well equipped home with a heated pool, high speed WiFi, 4 bedrooms each with a large smart TV, 3 bathroom, games, puzzles, toys, pool safety fence upon request, many life jackets in different sizes, large kitchen fully equipped, coffee bar & many more great amenities. You'll love the large outdoor lanai with the 'whispering' palm trees surrounding the pool area. The spacious open floor plan provides the perfect vacation home for the whole family. We are a retired couple from Minnesota with 4 adult married children and 7 grandchildren. My parents always had a home in Cape Coral as my children grew up, so we wanted to continue that tradition with our grandchildren! Visits to my parents home in Florida was always a highlight for us all!

Our neighborhood is quiet and very friendly neighborhood. We love to walk to the stores or get ice-cream a few blocks away! We have a few ground owls that are fascinating to watch as well and a neighborhood favorite!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our home is very spacious with 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. "The Palms" (bedroom #1) has a huge walk-in shower & separate jetted tub. "Coral Reef" and "Sunset Waters" (Bedrooms 2 & 3) share a bathroom with large walk-in shower, bedroom #4 "Dancing Dolphins" has a full private bathroom with tub/shower that has a door exiting to the lanai and pool, convenient to shower before and after swimming in the pool. We have named our rooms and decorated them as the room has been named to add some fun to our home. We have a large family and have tried to think of everything to make our home accommodate them and all our guest that come to vacation at Whispering Palms!
