A 2,174 SFT east-facing, luxury townhome in a gated, quiet community in upscale La Jolla. It has a living room, dining space, a high-end kitchen, a big and beautiful library, W-D, a 1/2 bathroom, a garage on the first floor, and two master suites, each 500 SFT, upstairs. The curved staircase is elegant and creates space for a tall window and decors. The HVAC, although needed only occasionally, is available. The floors are exquisite- Saltillo-style patios, French limestone from the ancient seabed with images of marine life, and decorative hardwood. The beauty of the courtyard and garden harboring hummingbirds is a joy for ever!
The home is Close to seal habitat, Pier, Glider-port, Golf course, manicured trails and bike path, UCSD, and market.
La Jolla is a renowned tourist hub that provides breathtaking views of land, water, sunset, and nightfall and some of these adorn this home and enrich this listing.
A minimum of 30 days stay is required. Cleaners are not allowed.
