Island Paradise! Enjoy our duplex with a pickleball court and basketball hoop

The duplex is divided into two units. Each side of the unit is a comfortable size for up to 4 guests with bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. The property is located within a 15-minute walk to the closest public beach, restaurants, and gift shops to enjoy! We have a brand new pickleball court and basketball hoop!

Below the duplex is a shared, covered space between guests of both sides, offering outdoor relaxation rain or shine! In the same area will be plenty of beach supplies, dining areas, two charcoal grills, bikes, and an outdoor shower. The back patio is also a shared space; however, there are two separate outdoor dining tables for each side to use and enjoy! With a spacious, fenced in yard, we are also happy to accommodate dogs to enjoy a vacation with our guests!

Upon availability, both sides of the duplex can be rented to a group of friends or family, not exceeding the total occupancy count of 8 (4 guests per side). Check with your hosts before booking to see if we can accommodate both sides!

Guests of both sides will have access to all amenities located below the house. The lift connected to the duplex is NOT for guest use. Please to not try to use or climb on the lift.

We had a wonderful and easy stay. The home is perfect with two beds and a bath. Kitchen had everything we needed. It felt like we were in a private getaway. Centrally located on middle of island. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed exploring and also fishing in the rodeo. Hope to do it again next year. Home was let friendly and has great grass for dogs to walk in comfortably.

This was our first trip to Dauphin Island and the Gulf Coast, and we really enjoyed our stay!The house was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. We especially liked that several restaurants were within walking distance, which was very convenient.The only small issue was the beach access right next to the house — the path through the dunes had large puddles and was quite difficult, especially with our puppy. Because of that, we often drove to other beaches on the island that had easier access.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this home to others!Thank you for your hospitality!

Best Place Ever!

My family loved this place! Everything you need was provided except for food. Beach chairs, towels, kitchenware. EVERYTHING! The walk to middle beach was longer than expected, but worth it. If we come back to the island this is the place we will stay at.
