The place has some upgrades done, but it definitely needed to be deep cleaned. The how’s was kind and communicates well. I washed the rugs in the bathroom as they hadn’t been cleaned in probably months, they had a brown tinge to it, and after being washed were a nice clean blue. Kind of a noisy area but it was a good in between for what I needed for two.

Organized the shelves myself.

Worked out better than staying in a hotel. Liked the bedroom setup with the peekaboo window. Left some suggestions on the kitchen table. Would use it again and would recommend it

Clean and accurate

Listing was as it says. Nice and clean, more than enough space for just myself. Close to the highway so it was convenient for me to get to class. Had everything I needed. Parking can get tricky when there are visitors at the home as the street is pretty busy and full with other families. Outside of that, no issues.

Conditions of the rooms were terrible. Walking into the main bedroom, there were about 20 flies just flying around. I had to go out of my way to kill as many as possible before we went to bed. Towels were provided after the first night and there were used shampoos and soaps before we got there as if someone had been occupying the space right before us.
