The Space:
The entrance to this condominium is located inside the Ledgewood D Building and it's the first unit on the main floor, unit 4 - no stairs are needed to access this ski home! Open the door to the mudroom with cubbies and ample storage space to store your gear. Kick off your boots and enter the main living space with a nicely updated galley kitchen with bar seating for four and a dining area for six. You'll find everything you need to cook a warm meal after your day on the slopes or for enjoying takeout at the local eateries.

The living room splits the bedrooms with the primary suite on the left side and the two guest bedrooms on the right side, offering a great separation of space for children, families, or friends. The highlight of the interior space is the oversize stone wood-burning fireplace, which warms up the entire unit! Cozy up on one of the four couches and then take a dip in the private hot tub located through the sliding doors off of the living room. Ready to go skiing? Simply exit through the back patio and step right onto the ski trail. The neighborhood often has weekend fires at the shared outdoor hut on the frozen pond right outside your back door!

This spacious unit offers sleeping spaces for up to eight guests throughout three bedrooms. The primary suite is located to the left of the living room with a large private bath and a lovely bedroom with views of the slopes. The two other guest suites are located to the right of the living room and share a bathroom in the hallway space, along with the washer and dryer. The bunk room fits four guests with a full-sized bunk with a twin-sized bed on the top, as well as an additional twin-size bed. The final bedroom sits on the trailside with more slope views and a queen-sized bed with plenty of space to spread out!

There's no reason to keep searching for the perfect slopeside condominium because you've found it! Easy access to the unit, and even easier access to the ski trail, plus a cozy, clean, and updated interior with space for your family, friends, and more.

Parking notes: Parking is available in the parking lot in front of the unit. Two parking passes are provided in the unit upon arrival. Please reach out to us if you require more than two parking passes, we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive may be required in the winter.
