Experience coveted ski-in/ski-out access to the adjacent Lift Line ski trail at this family-friendly condo. Apres-ski relaxation awaits beside your wood-burning fireplace in the living room, complete with comfortable furniture and a cable TV. Create favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, then dine together at the four-seat table. A convenient breakfast bar seats three more. Retreat to the patio and fire up the gas grill for a cookout. Pack lightly, your vacation rental offers a private washer/dryer.

When you’re ready to hit the slopes, take the lift up from the base lodge area then ski to Winterplace at Okemo Mountain Resort from the top. Two chair lifts offer rides from the base lodge area and let out by Winterplace, while the trail leading down to the base lodge from Winterplace is rated beginner level -- making this a wonderful location for skiers of all skill levels.

You will also have access to shared resort amenities including an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs (available during the winter months), and tennis and basketball courts (available during the summer).

A vehicle with four-wheel drive is required to access this property during the winter months.

This rental is located on floor 1.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall, we had a good stay at Winterplace at Okemo! There is NO better location - this is it! Walk 50 steps ad put your skis on to head out directly to 4 lifts. The unit has plenty of room and plenty of beds - we all had our own space if needed. The fireplace is a great add, with plenty of wood available within 100 feet of your door. And the 3 boot dryers were a bonus! A few areas for improvement: there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and some of the glasses in the cabinet were dirty. Not a huge deal, we can wash them, but it made us not trust anything to be clean when pulled out of the cabinet. And the unit could use some updating - furnishings and carpet are tired.

Great Location!

The condo is very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Our family loved the ease of being able to stop in on our way down for hot chocolate breaks. Being close to the Sunburst 6 lift and the waffle cabin were added bonuses.

Great location

Very easy to access this property from the slopes. The place was just as advertised and clean. My only criticism is the pool/hot tub facilities for the complex were dirty and pretty outdated. The unit itself was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again.

Very comfortable and well equipped. Dining table should be larger.. only 4 chairs? For 3 bedroom condo, 4 queens? . Sitting on bar stools at an island is not very cool.

Perfect ski in ski out location

Overall our stay at Winter place was excellent. The condo is located at the top of the quads that run from the clock tower base giving skiers of all skill levels very easy access to the mountain. There was plenty of space for lounging after skiing and a great mud room for gearing up in the morning. If you're looking for convenient ski in ski out at Okemo you can't go wrong with this condo.

Great ski in/out

The rental was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our stay with two families. The adults each had their own room, and the kids shared a room, which worked out great. A pleasant surprise was the three sets of boot dryers—not listed in the description but very much appreciated! The location was super convenient, especially for the kids to take breaks between skiing at Quad A and B. The bathrooms were updated, and while the rooms were a bit tight, the space was perfect for a mountain getaway.Parking was easy, and the pool and hot tub were clean and close by—both walkable and drivable. Firewood and the dumpster were conveniently located as well. We had a few questions during our stay, and Vacasa was quick and easy to communicate with via text. Would definitely rent here again!

Ski in/out at okemo condo

The location of this 3 bedroom condo was ideal. Could not have asked for a better spot on the mountain! The condo was very nice. My only “issue” I guess was that the kitchen is pretty small. Hard to have more than one person in there at a time. I also wish the bedroom with the double bed was a queen. With all young adult (tall) children it was a tight squeeze for two in the bed. Other than that the place was great! Would definitely recommend it.

no thermostat in master b/r. (i froze nightly). master bath only 4 d/r chairs that sleeps 8+. carpet and some furniture could use an upgrade. unit light on small appliances and kitchen equipment. master b/r tv is useless. master bath is very nice. kitchen is nice.

My two adult sons and I stayed for a long ski weekend. The unit was very clean when we arrived. It is a little on the small side but for 3 of us it was more than enough room. The furnishings are a little worn but comfy. We had only luke warm water for showers on our second day (no fault of the owners) but elected to wait until we checked out to notify management. But the location!! FANTASTIC!! First floor unit!! Walk out the rear door and you are on the snow at the top of Quad A and Quad B. No lift ride to start your day. I would definitely stay here again.

Jump on the lifts

The accommodations and our stay was perfect. The unit was clean and well appointed. It did not lack for anything from the kitchen to the boot heaters in the entryway! This unit is one of the most convenient to ski-in/out in the Winterplace complex. My only recommendation would be in the check in instructions, to be clearer as to which lock box to use. The one on the door, which was the correct one, had a black face, and it was not evident that it was touch activated. The one next to it, on the side of the door, which seemed to hold the keys, did not work with the code provided. Took some time to realize the problem, but once we did, the stay was great! We’ll be back!

Great location but to many issues

While we enjoyed the location and easy access to the ski lifts there were several issues that occurred which resulted in a low rating and decision to never rent here again. When we showed up the entry way was flooded with no way to get in the house without waking through 5 inch deep water. When we got in the house we found sand in the bed, the coat rack falling off the wall, heat register apart and the WiFi not working. After emailing and calling Vacasa we were told someone would come by to fix the issues and no one showed up. Going forward I will only be dealing with rentals where I have direct contact with the owner or local management company.

Never one to provide negative feedback however, given the number of times I asked for an early arrival and was refused due to the VACASA "commitment to quality and cleanliness", I found it all a little ironic. Clearly, no one had been in the unit for weeks including any cleaning crew.1) When we entered the unit the first thing we were exposed to was an incredibly stuffy unit. No air had been circulated in quite some time. Only to find no AC and no screens in the living room windows. How do you rent a unit in the summer with 90 degree temps and no AC ?2) Both smoke alarms were beeping as the battery had run low. And of course we do not travel with 9V batteries. Again, suggesting that no one had been in the unit in quite some time.3) NO HOT WATER ! We drove 5 hrs and had to wait for 4pm to get in and get ready for a 5:30 wedding event only to find no hot water in the showers. Good thing we dont mind a quick cold plunge but that was ridiculous. 4) Spider webs above some doors and windows. Dangling dead spider on the coat rack as soon as you enter the unit. 5) A green moss eco system in the window sills was thriving so even those windows that had screens could not be opened w/o be exposed to mother nature in all her micro glory.6) Closet doors are all poorly functioning. They were off the tracks and all needed to be re-hung. We pushed them to one side and left them open.7) Quiet with easy access best attributes.

Location location location!

Step out your back door onto the trail- location is so convenient for skiing! We loved being on the ground floor. We were able to park right in front of the condo, but it looked like some people in the building had to park around the corner. We were only 4 people, so there was plenty of space for us, but it would be cozy (tight) for 2 families. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal (and staying in is a good option, as Ludlow is a pretty small town and restaurants were pretty booked up for Saturday. The condo was stocked with plenty of games, and the TV’s set up for streaming. The bathrooms were recently updated and the kitchen is nice. The living /dining area could use some updating, but was very comfortable. The beds were nice and the humidifiers set up in the bedroom were awesome! We did have an issue with the battery dying in the entry keypad on our first night, but management took care of it. The 10am checkout time is the earliest I’ve ever experienced, and wasn’t very convenient for skiing. All in all, it was a great place to stay.
