Casa Perfecto
Our experience was excellent from start to finish. This property had eye appeal from the outside entrance to the clean, comfortable, spacious interior, right out to the lovely backyard. The kitchen was fantastic both in its fabulous cooking facility and counterspace, but also all the amenities in cookware, small appliances and even spices. When our family was there we could all be in the kitchen and not get in each other's way. A large dining table was very welcoming. The backyard also had a table with seating for 8, a gas BBQ, comfortable upholstered furniture (around a gas firepit), for lounging in privacy if you didn't feel like heading over to one of the communal pools (nicely heated). Another feature of the backyard was the fruit trees. Picking grapefruit and making lemonade from lemons we picked was a highlight for us and our guests. When we had questions for our hosts we got a prompt reply. When I had concerns about our grandkids eating at the beautiful glass table without protective placemats, one of our hosts promptly went out and got enough placemats for indoors and outdoors plus plastic tableware for outside, extra fun pool towels for the kids, plus Super Soakers for the kids to play with at the pool. We were beyond impressed. The property is in a safe, gated community, yet not far from shopping and attractions. We were only 10 minutes from the airport, which came in handy, when our flight was canceled, and we were able to return for one extra night in paradise!
