You have full access to all the resort amenities including: indoor/outdoor pools, mini golf, volleyball/tennis/basketball courts, playground, shuffleboard, walking trails, pavilion with BBQ grills, & indoor game room

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a storm in the fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, & a coffee maker(drip and Keurig)



Modern Bathroom: Large double vanity with privacy door for tub/shower combo and toilet.

Other Things to Note:

We have a pond view and considered waterfront. First/ground floor so you have one flight of steps. There is no fence between pond and the unit's patio. Please be mindful of children and their exploring minds.

Great place to stay. We sure did enjoy our weekend here. We spent one whole day just at the pool and playing ping pong, tennis, and mini golf. Definitely recommend.

We truly loved our time here! The room accommodated all of our needs, everything was clean and just as advertised, and we enjoyed the various amenities available on the property! It was super close to all that Branson has to offer! The property manager was awesome and was quick to reply when we would contact her. I’d highly recommend this place!

This was by far one of the easiest processes to enter, the wildlife, the pond, the area, very clean ,close to everything you need, very homey, just the place you'd like to come to and just get AWAY, don't have to rip and run trying to see everything, shows , concerts anything with reservations, just R&R ,just sip the coffee / wine, see geese, ducks literally strut pass, hear the frogs ,crickets, no telling what other type of wildlife making all of these sounds people download including us to sleep by and here it all is right under your nose .lovely just lovely ,so quiet ,just natural sounds of nature and the fountain in the pond ,Perfect Birthday Getaway

The host was amazing. She was easy to contact, extremely helpful, and so friendly. The property was perfect for our stay. My daughter and I stayed for 2 days for a dance competition, and it was super close to our venue, with easy access and immaculate accommodations. The host Laura left a book with detailed instructions along with details about the area, menus of local restaurants, and the amenities of the condo complex. The complex was very clean, very quiet, and easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. We will definitely be staying again.

We had a great experience here! Room was very clean and had everything listed. We all enjoyed the free mini golf. The property owner was extremely nice and very prompt! The grounds surrounding the property could use some attention but that would not prevent us from staying there. Overall a great stay.

Completely updated and remodeled. Beautiful furnishes, deluxe bed with linens. View of the pond and a quiet and safe area. Walk up to all the amenities or rent a boat at the marina. The perfect escape.
