Our stay was a home away from home experience! The home was very welcoming, clean, and the complimentary coconut water and snacks was much appreciated after a long road trip. Let’s talk about how comfy the bed is, and how they have thought of everything you might need from pots and pans to seasonings to dog food. We also of course loved the pool and pop a shot (basketball setup). Overall it was a great stay and so conveniently located to everything from grocery shopping to dining and not to mention my family!

Great house, true to the description, extremely clean, functional and accommodating. The host is very responsive and pleasant. My family was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time and were very comfortable at your home. Thank you for sharing it with us. The pool was wonderful on the hot days & the little extras like beach supplies were wonderful. Loved the location as well - easy to get to both the turnpike & I95 & the beach!

The property had really great amenities and things included that made the stay easy. The over all landscaping of the property was pretty messy, and made it hard to be outdoors.

We were surprised to hear your comments regarding the landscaping, as I personally visited the property on your check-in day and did not observe any concerns. Additionally, our landscaping team services the property every Monday as part of their regular maintenance schedule, weather permitting. What a great experience at the property and a very communitive / receptive host. Property was as described and offered plenty to do during the typical Florida "1 hour showers". Plenty of towels and pool toys, as well as the pop a shot in the garage. The only suggestion I would have is to bring a extra fan in the summer months for the living room.

The host was extremely welcoming. We felt right at home as soon as we came in the front door. The amenities were all up to date and the house was spotless. Must have a great cleaning crew.

The property was well maintained even during our stay. The host was very quick to respond to messages and emails. Very helpful and accommodating. My wife, sister in-law and I all had a marvelous stay.

Overall the property was comfortable and just as described in the listing. It is clear the owner has tried to provide what guests need to be comfortable. Nice touches such as snacks and beverages were appreciated! The landscaping and grass areas could use some maintenance and TLC, but overall was acceptable. No shade in backyard or pool area but umbrella provided for outdoor table. There were a few issues that were addressed by the owner very quickly. Good value for rental price.

Perfect Location

My family and I loved staying here! Perfect location, had a pool and fenced in backyard for our mini Aussie. The house was beautiful and a great fit for us! The hosts kept in communication with us and made sure everything about our stay was met our needs. We ended up booking again the following week for my husbands second work trip in the area!

Well accessorized

Property was exactly as pictured and described. Nice added surprises with water cooler, some coffee pods, plastic dishware for poolside, and TV/ceiling fan in each bedroom.

Wonderful Home

We enjoyed visiting family in the area for Easter weekend. This home provided easy access from the turn pike. Our grandson enjoyed swimming in the pool. The host were excellent communicators. All our needs were meet! Would love to return another time.

Great little house

Nice clean house with a pool. The listing states hottub. There is no hottub. No big deal. Nice backyard with a grill. Beach accessories provided which is great . In a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.
