We stayed here last year and enjoyed our stay. This year the condo wasn’t clean. It smelled and had a strong urine smell in the master bathroom. The shower had mold the carpets and furniture were dirty. It was hot in the condo. We kept the curtains shut to try to keep it cooler. We eventually had to go buy fans just to sleep. To have to pay extra for cleaning and for it to be dirty is not acceptable. We will not be staying there again. Such a shame.

Great condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience. The condo was great. Alicia Hollis realtors were great and very responsive to any of our questions. The only issue we had was the pool wasn’t heated to a temperature that made it enjoyable to swim in. We passed that feedback on.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great family getaway. Location and amenities were terrific! Convenient to beach, grocery, restaurants and attractions. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very clean, a little outdated furniture that was OK as we didn’t plan on staying in room long. Room had a slight musty smell but we used air fresheners and that seemed to work. I would rent again.

Updated condo

We enjoyed the very clean ,updated condo on the top floor. It has gorgeous views and large rooms. Bring your own towels ,and chairs ,as it is 48 dollars per day to rent two chairs. . Everyone else had complimentary chairs but this condo does not. Where to pick up keys is hard to find, but it is next to a miniature golf place .Wonderful experience towels ,and kibeach towels, extra short beach access

Good stay but safety??

We had a great stay except for the balcony door not locking. My 2 year told escaped to the balcony and climbed up the railing. It was a very scary experience. We had to go by a broom stick to lodge in the sliding door.

Great place!

We have stayed at many different places on the island and this one might have been my favorite! It’s extremely roomy, has a BEAUTIFUL view and literally just seconds from the sand. The only downfall was there was only little glasses to drink out of and the bedrooms stayed very hot. The thermostat is locked at 71 so we had to go buy fans in order to sleep comfortably. It’s got very large rooms and not enough vents. But we will most definitely be back!

Great Condo, great location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was amazing, from the easy access to the beach to the serenity of the island there’s nothing that beats this 2 bedroom 2 bath beauty. We loved everything about it. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the view. Being able to sit on the balcony in the morning or at night listening to the waves was amazing. We go to Okaloosa island every year but usually stay at another condo but we will return to this one from here on out. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful beach side retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a perfect location, steps to the beach, easy 4 min drive to the boardwalk area with lots of great restaurants and the pier and close to fun attractions for the kids. The view from the condo was amazing- everything was as pictured and described in the listing. The furniture was comfortable, everything was in working condition. It was definitively one of the better vacation rentals I've stayed at over the past 12 yrs of beach vacations.

We really enjoyed our stay! I would definitely recommend if you have toddler age children stay at this location, to add an additional interior lock to the entrance door to the condo, as the door only locks from the outside, the interior stays unlocked. Also, noting for toddler aged children, the outdoor balcony railing is climbable. We just moved all furniture towards the sliding glass doors and ensured he was supervised 24/7. Overall, the views are phenomenal. The condo was beautiful, decorated nicely, with plenty of room for the entire family and more if needed. All amenities are in the perfect driving distance and the beach was never over crowded. I will say to keep in mind also, umbrella rentals were not included with this unit so the rentals were 50 for the day and not 15 as advertised on the beach, but no big deal, just noting for future renters! You can also bring and set up your own! This unit is very updated with new appliances and very clean and modern look! We loved it and would definitely book again!

Great experience!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Alicia's team was easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and very easy to get a hold of when I had questions. The condo is truly steps away from the beach. There was a vendor for beach chair and umbrella rental right on the beach. The description of the condo was accurate and clean. The decor is dated but we were there to be outside so that didn't matter to us at all. The details of the condo told us what we would need so we were prepared but it would be nice to have access to beach towels, paper towels and more toilet paper. The extra bedroom has blinds but not a curtain so the outside lighting keeps that room pretty bright at night.

Great experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great! Truly just steps from the beach. We were there in August and I didn't feel like the beach was crowded at all. There was the option to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella from a vendor on the beach. The view from the balcony was perfect and we even watch dolphins swim by. The condo was exactly as the website said. The decor is dated but the beds are comfortable and the unit was clean. Make sure to bring beach towels as those weren't provided. You'll also want to pick up paper towels and extra toilet paper. It would be helpful to have a curtain in addition to the blinds in the spare bedroom. The outdoor lighting keeps that room fairly bright all night long.
