Peaceful Private Suite nestled in a corner of the Chocktawhatchee Bay .Ideally located Away from traffic but close enough to everything important!
Just 5 mi. To the popular 30A Emerald Coast Beaches and restaurants .
7mi. To Destin Beaches
Sandestin Outlet Mall.
Nightlife, Shopping ,Fishing and White Sandy Beaches Galore are a short drive away
Hop on the kayaks or paddle boards and search for Dolphins . (Please use at your own risk)
Life jackets provided.
Croquet, Corn hole and Badminton available for extra play options .
Plenty of Dock space for those of you bringing a boat . Crab Island is about a half hour boat ride depending on water conditions. Put your boat in at at Chesna Landing .A close boat ride away. In the evening relax on your porch or fish off the Dock . What’s your Pleasure ?

Very nice and easy check in/check out. Loved the paddle boards and kayaks. Host was very good at communication and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

This is an excellent location to be away from the major traffic areas but yet still close to everything. That back porch is so peacful to watch the sunrise. Being dog people, we loved the visits from Teddy Bear. I highly recommended taking the kayaks out on the bay. Sandy is easily one of my top 3 hosts I've even stayed at

Sandy was great! She came by and spoke to us while my boys were out enjoying the kayak. We also got to meet Teddy Bear (Sandy's dog). Sandy accommodated my request to checkout a little late. My boys and I enjoyed the location, the host, and our Mother-Sons trip!

Beautiful and peaceful

The beds are excellent, the porch is amazing and so peaceful and the shower is fantastic. Sandy and Teddy are wonderful hosts. We were close to everything and really enjoyed our stay

The host Sandy was amazing! Everything was very easy from checking in to check out and the house was beautiful. Lots of extras that were available to us as well, including recommendations for eating and shopping and beach going from previous occupants that helped out a lot.The patio and the deck were definitely a plus, the shower was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Create on property parking and Wi-Fi plus a TV in both bedrooms also made this day very easy and relaxing. Highly recommend this small dockside oasis to anyone looking to be out of the hub of Destin but within very close proximity to everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming little harbor-side suite! Sandy and Teddy Bear made the experience truly special. From the moment we arrived, Sandy was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The suite was cozy, comfortable, and perfectly located with beautiful harbor views and a relaxing atmosphere.Teddy Bear was an absolute delight and added such a warm, personal touch to our stay. It’s clear that Sandy genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in providing an exceptional experience.If you’re looking for a peaceful Florida getaway with genuine hospitality, I highly recommend staying here.
