IMPORTANT:
The minimum rental is 30 days and maximum 120 days. After booking is confirmed it is required to complete and submit application to the HOA for a background check which must be submitted 45 days before check in. Application and community information will be provided once booking is completed.
The application fee and background check for 2 applicants is already included under “administrative fee” in your quote. If more than 2 adults are staying then additional $50 background fee per person is required. The breakdown of the $200 administrative fee is as follows:
