Welcome to the Turtle's Nest, our Vacation Paradise directly on the beach! This 3 bedroom/3 bath unit is located at the Princess just minutes away from all of the great restaurants, marinas, Pier Park, St Andrews State Park and much more.

This unit is relatively new to the rental program and has been updated with new paint, decor and furniture. The condo offers plenty of living space with ample comfortable seating, a dining area, and a wet bar. The Living Room and Master Bedroom offer floor to ceiling windows allowing you to soak up the view of the beautiful Gulf and beaches. You can start your day on the balcony with your morning coffee or end it in the evening with a cocktail while watching the gorgeous sunsets.

Our full-size kitchen is well equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils as well as a blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and more. Directly across from the kitchen you will find a large laundry room complete with a deep sink and a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and direct access to the spacious balcony. There is an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a Jacuzzi tub with separate shower and toilet room. Additionally, there is a large walk-in closet.

The first guest bedroom provides 2 new queen beds, flat screen TV, a closet and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.

The second guest bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat screen TV, closet and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The living room area includes a flat screen TV offering cable and a DVD player. The blackout drapes and sheers help to keep out the light and heat when needed. The couch also provides a queen sofa sleeper.

Besides offering AMAZING views of the ocean, the large balcony includes 2 chaise loungers, side tables and a dining table with seating for 5.

This unit includes Beach Chair Service with your booking from March 1 - October 31st. You'll have access to two cushioned lounge chairs and an umbrella during your stay.

Parking is limited to 2 vehicles from May 1st to Labor Day of each year. Trailers are not allowed during this peak season. Princess amenities include 2 outdoor seasonally heated pools, an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, fitness room, game room and tennis/pickle ball court. And the greatest amenity is the short distance to the beautiful beach and ocean just waiting for your arrival. We hope you will be our Guest.
