Beautiful waterfront condo on the Albemarle Sound in prestigious Albemarle Plantation. Available amenities are pool, boating, kayak rentals, golfing, tennis and 2 restaurants on site. This property is 1.5 hours from the NC Outer Banks beaches and H2O Waterpark in Currituck County. The one thing I love the most about this condo is it is street level, all on one level so no stairs to climb!

Quick Get Away

Our stay is always pleasant when we stay at the condo. The location is beautiful and location of the condo is close to both the dockside cafe and the clubhouse. We love staying here.

Weekend getaway

The property is as described. Clean, convenient and quiet. Just a few steps to the water and docks to fish or watch sunset. Everyone we met was nice and the restaurants had great food. We will be back!

Beautiful and cozy one bedroom

Perfect location a stone’s throw from the golf course and marina. Restaurants with on short walking distance. Good WiFi. Unit is in excellent condition with all amenities. Perfect for a couple.

Beautiful Location/ Very Peaceful

Great location and view. Appreciated being on the ground floor and easily walking out to the 17th tee and path to the marina. Beautiful sunsets and weather for most of the week.

Great place to stay but

I gave all rating 5 star but over all a 3. The condo was very nice and host very nice but she did not know her neighbor above got a dog and started to cry and bark at 7 am two of our stay and needed sleep badly. Host needs talk to her upstairs neighbor and talk to management on site for this needs to stop

What a Gem

The pictures do not do this property justice..it is nicer in person. Perfect for my husband and I. How convenient to walk to dinner and Sunday brunch in the community. Each morning had coffee over looking the water and each evening closing out the day overlooking the water. We did day trips to the OBX...so got to enjoy that without all the traffic and crowds. Host was amazing and so responsive. Will definitely return.

Condo is located in a beautiful gated community, with friendly neighbors and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean condo, all the decor seems brand new, has everything you need for your stay. Owner could not have been more kind and helpful. Stay here if get the chance!
