Welcome to `The Clubhouse`
A newly renovated, four-bedroom, three-bathroom single-family home is located in the prestigious Albemarle Plantation, recognized as one of `America`s 100 Best Places to Live.`

Home Features
- The newly furnished home boasts expansive living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and four cozy bedrooms.
- The master bedroom features a king bed, a cast iron soaking tub, dual shower heads, and a large walk-in closet.
- The second bedroom offers a queen bed.
- The third bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle bed.
- The room over the garage provides an additional king bed.

Amenities
This upscale neighborhood has top-tier golf courses, tennis courts, and restaurants that serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner—all within walking distance of the home. The marina, which offers kayak rentals and fishing, is also close by.

Entertainment
The climate-controlled garage includes five bikes, a ping-pong table, tennis and pickleball rackets, a Peloton Bike & Tread. The screened patio offers a Connect Four game, life-size Jenga, and a hot tub for relaxation.

Important Notes
Gated Community: Gate hours are from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. One after-hours gate pass is provided for access into and out of the neighborhood. Please inform us if you plan to arrive after 10 p.m. on your arrival date.

The inside of the house was lovely, clean, and as described-The neighborhood was quiet and perfectly located for our needs. I would only recommended two things: the front and back porch were not clean (numerous webs/frog debris-plus, a fire ant nest was near the front porch (a line of them could be seen as i tried to sit in the chair) and I am allergic to them. The seats on the back porch could use cushions as we could only sit for short periods of time. Lastly, you advertised pickleball which was not on site -we asked some ladies on the tennis court who said there wasn’t one in the development and we would have to leave and drive down towards the main road to play.

There were five adults from my family that stayed two nights to attend our niece's wedding. The house was amazing! Very comfortable and well appointed. Loved the bikes, as it is a great neighborhood to ride in. I would highly recommend this house.

Everything worked out great.The only thing I did not like was the step into the living room. It was a bit steep. But also, there was no telling where step was located because it was same type and color of floor. Thought it needed something to indicate where exactly step was. Looked good but saw it as trip hazard.

What an amazing experience all around. Staying at this lovely home for a local wedding was the perfect situation for our family and the hosts were superb! This was our first time using VRBO and it could not have gone smoother. Gorgeous home, amazing amenities, and beautiful surroundings made it the perfect stay!

June Stay

We had the opportunity to stay at Jen and Stu’s home in Albemarle Plantation and it was great! We are familiar with the plantation as we have family living there as well. The home is beautifully renovated and well equipped with everything you could need from bicycles to golf clubs to a Sonos system by the hot tub. We definitely will be staying here again when visiting family at the plantation in the future.

Spring Break trip

We really enjoyed our stay. This house has been updated beautifully and is well equipped with more than enough for all to be comfortable and entertained. The owners were so nice, informative, and stayed in co tact with us throughout the whole process of booking until checkout. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful home!

We had 6 women stay the weekend to tour Edenton’sChristmas tour! The house was spacious and nicely decorated. Fabulous neighborhood! Having 3 full baths was perfect! It was about a 25 minute drive to Edenton but with GPS it was easy. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing house and exclusive neighborhood!

This property deserves a 10 Star! We were blown away by the attention to detail and cleanliness. While we were in an extremely safe and protected neighborhood on the coast, the house felt very private. I could go on and on about how well they did the house, but we especially enjoyed the hot tub off of the deck. The kitchen was fully stocked and the master bedroom and bath are to die for. We had never experienced a clawfoot bathtub in a wet room before!! That alone was probably worth the stay! We wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely return as we are already planning our next trip. We’ve already shared their information with many of our family and friends. Jen & Stu are very easy to work with and answered all our questions before and during our stay. Super Hosts!! A highlight was also riding bicycles in the neighborhood exploring. So much fun. Thank you!

We found this neighborhood and fell in love, the amenities are top notch and we have found that the neighbors are just as amazing! Make time to visit at least one of the two restaurants and the farmers market in front of Dockside Cafe on Thursday mornings.
