The Beach Nest - A Newly Renovated Paradise!

"The Beach Nest" is just steps from the beach and the views are phenomenal! The area is quiet, peaceful and serene, and wildlife abounds. Recently renovated, all things are new and is located just minutes from Bald Point and Wakulla Springs State Parks, public boat ramps and the Alligator Point Marina with the Tiki Hut, Angelo’s Seafood Restaurant, and the Gulf Specimen Aquarium. If you’re ready to relax and have some fun in the sun, “The Beach Nest” is waiting for you!

This home is being managed by Rent with Integrity Property Management, and we are located at 2851 Crawfordville Highway in Crawfordville, Florida . We will provide you with a number to call after hours if a need arises or you can send a message here . We offer a remote check-in option and provide you with the requirements to obtain the code to the lock box in the check-in message. We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.

Your booking cost will include a Waivo® Damage Waiver in lieu of a security deposit.

Local restaurants include Angelo's Seafood Restaurant, The Seineyard at Rock Landing, Posey's Up the Creek Steam Room, Trident and the Tiki Hut at Alligator Point's full-service marina.

Adventure awaits at Bald Point State Park, Wakulla Springs State Park, Ochlockonee River State Park, the St. Marks Lighthouse and National Wildlife Refuge and the Gulf Specimen Aquarium. There are several public boat ramps, and paddle board and kayak rentals in the area.

The Beach Nest is the perfect place to enjoy walks on the beach. The decor was pleasing, everything was clean and comfortable, and the property manager/owner was easy to communicate with, accommodating, and thoughtful. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect Beach House, Perfect Location!

Loved the quiet location. Close proximity to several state parks. Perfect getaway. Screened porch needed some new furniture and screen guard. Decorated nice and clean.

Relaxing vacay

Loved this cozy house. Just a short stroll to the ocean. The beach was not crowded - we had the shore to ourselves. Will definitely return. Also the staff at Rent with Integrity were great to work with as I needed this as a last minute booking.

Property was quaint, yet modern. It was refreshing to have a listing be exactly as you hoped. Update on property was well done and we were more than happy to stay there for our week plus vacation. We would be grateful to stay there again in the future.

House is in really good shape...a knife sharpener in the kitchen would be nice as well as a short extension cord in laundry room to be able to move stand fan. Such a short walk to the beach! All in all, pretty sweet!!!

Gem in the sand!

Basic house built old-school with block--interior was stylishly remodeled but still suitable for beach living. Internet/TV streaming needs updating and/or expanding.

Relaxing hideaway

My husband and I did a quick M-F getaway to celebrate my birthday. We had never been to Alligator Point before and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect - clean, updated, and stocked with all the essentials. It was steps from the beach which was amazing. An added bonus were the neighbors- both two legged and 4 legged, lol. Everyone we met was so friendly.

Wonderful cozy cabin

We love this cabin! Styled with a modern, minimalist aesthetic and very clean and comfortable. Literally 1 min walk to the beach. You can watch the sunrise from the screened-in porch if you so wish. A great kitchen and a cozy living room with a smart TV with plenty of movies to choose from at night. Friendly, quiet neighbors. We will definitely be back.

The Perfect Week

Our family had the perfect week in this cutie little cottage. Although small, we never felt cramped. The layout was just perfect. The house was sparkling clean when we arrived! The location to the beach couldn't have been better. My only recommendations are a air conditioning unit in the bunk room (it was hot!) and TVs in the bedrooms. We hope to be back soon!

Shhhh. Seriously perfect

Perfect beach cottage. The community is beautiful. The wildlife!!! Deer on the beach at sunrise. Albino squirrels. Butterflies gearing up for their Gulf crossing. You couldn’t ask for a more perfect spot. We will be back!

Amazing!

We really enjoyed our get away! This house is so cute and so clean! We loved everything about it. It was so close to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. The only suggestion i have would be placing blinds on the 2 exit doors. My husband was a little concerned at night about who could see inside. Overall we were very pleased and can't wait to come back again! If this house ever goes up for sale i would love to buy it!

No steps..Yeah!

Very convenient to beach . Had to wait on service guy to reattach screen door to porch due to recent storms and found dirty dish in cupboard . Other than that, it was PERFECT! Thanks.
