This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage offers a cozy living room with a smart TV and leather recliners, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a private, fenced patio with a firepit. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, self-check-in, and a laptop-friendly workspace. Located minutes from parks, trails, dining, coffee shops, the Louise Hays Water Park, and local theater, it’s perfect for your Hill Country getaway. Book now!

Our home has tandem parking enough for 3 cars as well as parking for one on the street directly in front of the house.

Each bedroom will sleep two. we also provide a full sized air mattress with complete bedding to allow for two additional guests.

The host was very responsive. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The location was perfect for my event that i was attending. Our standard poodle Ivy loved the back yard. We loved the fact that heat was available as the nights were quite chilly. Sme of the available VRBO homes did not have heat available. I would highly recommend the Kinsleigh House to other potential guests.

Wonderful place in Kerrville. Location was perfect . Very clean and comfortable. The cleanest home we’ve stayed at through VRBO. We valued the cleanliness of the place and the ability to bring pets. Perfect Overnight

Darling house in charming neighborhood provided us with the perfect overnight location as we traversed the Southwest. Cool air conditioning and comfortable beds, refreshing shower, enclosed yard for our four legged traveler to stretch his legs…this was truly the ideal resting spot during our long journey. I wish there were drapes in the rooms instead of just the blinds. During the day our baby had difficulty taking a nap because the room was still so bright. We also didn’t enjoy the lack of privacy with the exposed windows in the kitchen.

Quick trip

I needed a place to stay with my 2 grandsons for a couple of nights. This property fit the bill. The location was good. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is a little mixed, but we felt safe. The owner was very accommodating and couldn’t have made our stay any better. Thank you.

The Kinsleigh House was our first home when we moved to Kerrville. We moved here from Oregon to be closer to our son and his growing family. We recently moved Dad and Mom here to aid in his care, so we needed a larger home to accommodate his medical needs.

We enjoy taking the kids down to Lewis Hayes park with their bikes to ride the path next to the Guadalupe River or simply taking them to the water park.

The home has a large pecan tree in the front yard offering great shade. You will be minutes from town and less than a mile from local grocery store, gas station, and some good BBQ.

Our home offers hi speed Wi-fi, smart tv, a full kitchen and full a size washer and dryer. We are pet friendly, and have doggie poo bags, a dog door to the fenced back area where the whole family can enjoy hanging out around the firepit.
