Country chic meets southwest cottage in the woods, complete with firepit.
Large screened porch. Open, spacious floor plan. Catalina Cottage is in a quiet residential neighborhood up in the hills above Kerrville less than 5 minutes from town center, restaurants, the Kerrville River Trail and the beautiful Guadalupe River. Wineries abound in every direction: Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Comfort, Utopia.
It is perfect for couples or small families to have a peaceful getaway in the beautiful Hill Country. A wonderful fire pit in the backyard awaits s'mores under a starry sky.
The space
Catalina Cottage is a special place where you can enjoy nature from the screened porch in the front or watch the sunset from the back porch. There are birds galore as well as deer and other critters.
There is a baby grand piano in the sitting area off the master bedroom just waiting for your inner musician.
The full kitchen is well equipped for any aspiring chef.

This property was as "cute as a button". Adorable decor. Perfect for two couples on a weekend golf outing. Super clean! Incredibly well stocked, we didn't have to go out and buy toilet paper for a change! Every cooking utensil and kitchen gadget you could ever want. My favorite VRBO ever. Host lives next door, she is a delight! Master bedroom and adjoining piano room out of sight!

Have stayed here multiple times. Property is exactly as pictured. House has always been always clean. Located in a very quiet neighborhood which is a huge plus for us. We always feel at home when we visit and will continue to stay here when in Kerrville.

This house is amazing. Everything you need as well as slightly off the road. Truly a rest and relaxing house. Check in and out was amazing and there is even a piano in the house which my wife loved. If you’re in Kerrville for pleasure or work, this place is ideal.

Beautiful, Restful Place

First time stay but we all agree it’s where we want to be any time we’re in the Kerrville area; clean, quiet, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, beautifully decorated, a highlight of our visit to the hill country.

The location is beautiful. Sitting in the hills of Kerrville, the house is decorated simply but beautiful. The landscaping is peaceful. I would totally come back again.

Great location! Love how the house sits back from the road and is nestled in the trees. The house is very well furnished with a great layout. Master bed and bath are on opposite sides of the house from the guest bed and bath. The house is very clean with plenty of space. Loved sitting out on the back patio and the front patio is covered so keeps you safe from bugs. Would definitely stay here again!
