Charming studio in Downtown Winter Garden. Walk to shops, cafes, and the farmers market. 20 min to Disney, 15 min to Universal. Modern amenities, WiFi, off-street parking, and an inviting front porch. Your perfect Winter Garden getaway!
This cozy studio apartment has everything you need for stay. The kitchen comes with all dinnerware and silverware. There is a full size refrigerator, 2-burner electric cooktop, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and more. The Smart TV comes with a local streaming app plus you can watch Netflix, Disney +, etc with your log in info.
On the day of your arrival, you'll be provided with a code for the keypad. No keys necessary.
I live locally should an emergency arise.

There is 1 off-street designated parking space. The home is a short stroll to all of Downtown Winter Garden shops, cafes and restaurants
The apartment is in a building with a central air system. The thermostat is not available for guests to adjust. The thermostat is set to heat to 70° and cool to 69°. Please contact host if any adjustments are requested.
