Attention Triathletes! Located in the heart of Clermont. 5 min. to Downtown (check out the weekly farmers market on Sunday). Close to Waterfront park (Choice of Champions). 10 min to the National Training Center. 35 minutes to Disney World. 40 min to Orlando International Airport. 13 minutes to Montverde Academy. 40 minutes to The Villages.

Come enjoy the luxuries of downtown Clermont in this wonderfully updated property only one street from Main Street.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and the Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed. The Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room is a Queen size.

Within Walking distance to the Downtown Clermont shops and restaurants.
Farmers Market every Sunday from 10-2.
Food Trucks First Saturday of each month 3-7:00pm.
A Must ! New opening of Salt Shack on the water.

Early Check In upon availability for a flat fee of $30. The earliest Check In time is 2:00pm. Early Check In can only be guaranteed the day prior to your stay.

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, and an excellent location to Waterfront park and historicDowntown Clermont. Also close enough to Disney and Mount Dora for day trips as well.

Great house in a great location. The house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed being able to walk to downtown Clermont for cafes/restaurants. Would absolutely stay again in the future.

Very clean space. Clear instructions on accessing the home. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the showers was good. We took a couple of short walks in the neighborhood. Very nice place to stay!

Nice, smaller apartment. Quick trip for our son to participate in the triathlon. Location was great - 1/2 mile from the Waterfront Park where the race was located. Also right down the street from local restaurants. No issues and the property was clean and well maintained.

Lovely Property with Prime Location!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property in historic downtown Clermont. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in the area. We also plan to recommend it to our family when they visit. The hosts, Craig and Debbie, were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great location, comfy and quiet

Easy walk to lots of restaurants and bars and other activities. Nice, clean place and the beds are very comfortable. Large laundry room and easy parking. Super quiet neighborhood. Excellent communications. Google maps thinks it’s a block west of where it is but Apple Maps was correct.
