PLEASE NOTE: There is a railway track next to the building and trains can run at unpredictable times often at night as well and can be noisy at times.
As with any large metropolitan city, use caution in areas that are unfamiliar or off the beaten path, and use your best judgment. You can easily walk to all main attractions including Broadway, Music City Center, Bridgestone, Country Music Hall of Fame, and much more. However, when headed away from downtown, such as in The Gulch area (south), Lyft or Uber is recommended.

If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
You are LEGALLY AND FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for damages made by self or their guest(s) that may occur whether accidental or intentional. A separate e-Signed Rental Agreement is required to finalize the reservation and grant access to the home.
