CMA fest stay

The family had a great time attending the CMA fest this year. The condo was as described and worked great for our stay. It was clean, well supplied and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. I do need to mention the trains. It is close to the tracks and has more train traffic than expected but it soon became white noise and did not bother us.

Paid for the reservation. Downloaded the Latch App prior to arrival. Sent my driver's license and all required info in advance hoping for a smooth entry. Showed up on time. No key was showing in the Latch app. I could not access the property. Was suggested that I restart the app and my phone. I did. I asked for the owner to call me. Never got a call. Finally got a response at 8:30pm (Check-in 4) with the entry key I needed, but by that time I had to purchase another hotel stay last minute at a much higher rate. Was excited to visit the space, but never made it inside.

Beautiful condo

The property is as advertised. Very comfortable. Nicely stocked. French press coffee is a nice touch. The host is super responsive which was helpful as my friend had a heck of a time getting the latch app to work. The main issue is not the hosts fault. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy as it is right next to a homeless shelter so walking any where at night as a female isn’t the greatest. We took Lyft everywhere so was still t

The stay was great for the most part and would recommend/stay there again. The apartment was spacious and clean and the amenities were great! The apartment building is near a homeless shelter; however, the complex is very nice and equipped with excellent security features and a guard. We felt safe the entire time. It is also right near a railroad track so trains come by at all hours of the day/night. The apartment does an excellent job of keeping out the city noise though. The only other thing that was suboptimal was one of the showers was very slow draining and basically had standing water in it after a minute or two of the water running. The property manager was notified, so I’m sure this will be fixed.

Nice, new, cool place

Overall, really nice place. Decor and amenities are well done. Space was comfortable, clean, and hip. They mention the train and they aren't kidding. It does go by RIGHT next door. If you think you'd be easily bothered by that, then it might not be for you. But really, it didn't end up bothering my family at all. The parking garage is a bit tight for larger vehicles, and a little awkward layout getting to elevators and down hallways, too. But those things were quite minor. The ease of access to Broadway, Music Row, the Country Music Hall of Fame, etc. were worth the location. Views from the balconies were neat and plenty of space to spread out and unwind. My family of 4 was happy with this rental!
