Cajun Properties- 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, bonus room

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. In the heart of Scott, on the parade route, next door to NuNu's grocery store. We are close to many restaurants and easy access to I-10.
Our place is family friendly with plenty of space for little ones to play. We have a fenced in backyard and a bonus room.
This home was my grandparents. This is where my dad lived his teenage years. We remodeled it and hope you find comfort during your stay.
The space
This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house with a bonus room. We also have a pack-N-play available. Our house is great for families and has plenty of space. We do not offer cable but have streaming apps available. Disney+, Netflix and Amazon are available. Our backyard is fenced in for privacy.
Guest access
There are two covered spots for parking. One in front of the house and the other in the back. Parking is free. We have a keyless entry and code that will be given to you before your arrival.

Great place to stay!

We were in town for a wedding and the place was great. Good location, covered parking, clean and plenty of room. The owner has provided everything you need to be comfortable while staying here. Our kids loved the bonus room.

Clean and cute house

We loved this place! It was very clean and decorated nicely. There were 2 living spaces with 2 kitchens. The kitchens were equipped with nice pots and pans and sharp knives for chopping. I would definitely return to this location!

Hidden treasure

The cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed at! When we come to LA, we visit family in Scott and Lafayette so this is a great location for our family. Will definitely choose this house for our next visit.

Perfect little place in the Perfect Location

We stayed her for UL’s Family. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend. There were 6 of us and there was room for all. I always look for a large living room with plenty of seating. This place was perfect. Very clean and well stocked. Will for sure be back.

Sweet stay for a Cochon de Lait

This house was the perfect fit for our weekend gathering at a cousin’s party. Easy access to I-10. A sweet local grocery store practically right next door for all our needs. And within 10 minutes of our cousin’s home. The house is very clean. Beds are comfortable. The en suite bathroom in the master bedroom is fantastic and the heating unit in both bedrooms an extra bonus. Particularly in the winter. We didn’t utilize the bonus room. But a great place to stick young people if you come with your kids. Or if you like to watch the game and play cards. Television, separate bathroom and gaming table all in a separate space from common areas. Would highly recommend for any visits to Lafayette and its surrounding communities. Host was responsive and friendly. Four stars!
