Convenient location, extremely comfortable accomodations

Our experience was the same as what others have already stated about the property - Excellent location, exceptionally clean and comfortable accommodations, great communication throughout, and provisions of basic necessities including a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker met all of our immediate needs for our short stay. Definitely good value for the money, we recommend this property for anyone traveling as a small group looking for a comfortable alternative to pricier hotels in the area. Thank you, Kaylie!

Great Place

We were in town for a dance competition at the O’Gorman High School and this was close and the perfect size for the weekend. Great communication with the owner. There was a snowstorm and a brief power outage and the communication about what was going on was wonderful.

Really liked having our own entrance with a keypad instead of a physical key, the property was very clean, comfortable, organized, uncluttered, had great mattresses, etc. The owner communicated in a timely manner both via email and cell phone.

Comfortable and just what we needed

We were in town for an art festival and needed a comfortable and quiet place to sleep after long days outside. This place was nice, clean, comfortable and great for three people! I would stay again.

So cute!

This rental was such a steal! Excellent price for the cutest little two bedroom. The decor is awesome, couch and beds were really comfortable. Kitchenette was stocked with cold water in the fridge, a variety of kcups and snacks. It was my birthday so the host even left me a Happy Birthday balloon and pen with a note. Great communication. Easy to find and parking literally ten steps from the front door. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

An overall great place to stay

We had an exceptional time at the location and everything was what was promised thru the VRBO listing. Very close to campus and just down the street from Scooters and Bagels shop. Great job by the owner!! Kaylie was so quick to respond to any and all texts to her. Will stay there again when back in Sioux Falls!

The owners were so pleasant to communicate with. We just adored how well the place was decorated. The details of coffee, oatmeal, snacks and water were so thoughtful and enjoyed! Our sleeps were great in the gorgeous linen and pillows! We will be back for sure.

Quaint but Perfect

We needed just a simple place to stay for a family event while we were in town. This was the perfect place. The stay was as advertised. Very clean and everything we needed. Great communication. Definitely would consider reserving again when we are in town!

Perfect Stay

This was exactly what we needed for a one night stay in Sioux Falls. It was the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. If you don’t plan on cooking or need a kitchen, I highly recommend this home. Great location and great stay!
