Step outside to your completely private outdoor space, a rare find for a guest suite. Enjoy a 2-person hot tub, a 6-foot fully fenced yard for your dog (up to two allowed, $30 per pet), and a chiminea fire pit with wood provided for cozy evenings. The suite has its own private entrance and walkway with no shared interior walls, plus one off-street parking space and additional free street parking. Located at 2613 N Sweet Grass Ave with quick access to I-90 and I-29, you’re just minutes from Sanford (≈10 min), Avera (≈15 min), Denny Sanford Premier Center (≈9 min), and Downtown Sioux Falls (≈12 min). Great place! Was pleasantly surprised with how nice and perfect this place was. Super clean and adorably decorated. They thought of absolutely everything you may need and the yard and hot tub is a fantastic bonus! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend to anyone in the area. They also allow dogs and have blankets ready for them!

Such a cozy room. The room was decorated so cute. It made you want to curl up and stay in on the cold rainy day. The hot tub was great. Having a hot plate or griddle of sorts would be helpful so you don't have to leave at all.

Very cute clean and private stay. The yard is like a little oasis. I will say if you have a nervous dog one side and the house to the back of the yard have dogs, very well behaved. Our dog can be a bit nervous and reactive and we had no issues. We would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful, cozy place to stay at and so much better than staying at a hotel. It was a cute space and perfect for our dogs also. The host was nice and very communicative about all the questions we had. Would recommend anyone to come stay here and we would be back again!

Check in was seamless! Owner was super accommodating. Had everything you needed, my only suggestion would be to add a grill to bbq as there was no way to cook any food.
