The property is very nice and we enjoyed it. The queen bed frame in the upper bedroom was broken - just mentioning to be sure someone get it repaired - it did not impact our stay. The only thing overly cumbersome is the rental contract. Way more cumbersome than it needs to be. I'd suggest reviewing other contracts for similar kinds of rentals; I've never seen one that long, with more signature spaces, and more legalese than this one. With that as my only "problem" - you should be able to tell the overall experience was good. I show the communication with the property manager as a "3" as there was none, other than a couple of emails, which were fine. I'd have chosen N/A had it been available.

Thank you for letting us know about the bed frame and the suggestions for modifications to the rental contract. We will be sure to pass this feedback on to our maintenance and rental managers. We look forward to hosting you on the Outer Banks again soon!
