Nice Villa

This was a nice 2-bedroom villa, conveniently located near the Sanctuary and the Tennis Club. It was clear and well-decorated and was worth the money.

Nicely appointed, convenient, comfortable with well stocked kitchen.

I have been coming in Kiawah for almost 10 years. I enjoyed this condo. It is comfortable and convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed. Areas for improvement are the shower could use some Clorox to get rid of mildew in grout seams, the TV was challenging but we enjoyed Netflix. The living room could use some curtains or blinds for privacy.

We’re sorry to hear of the issues you encountered during your stay, as that is not up to our standard. Our property manager visited the property after the dryer issue was brought to our attention and found it to be operating as it should. As advertised, there is no TV in the second bedroom. The odor mentioned has been addressed as well.

Great stay in Kiawah

This villa is in a great location. It's an easy walk to the Sanctuary, the beach and Town Center Market. The layout inside worked well for us. Our teen had his own room and bathroom. Loved that the porch was enclosed and part of the living space. Beautiful views of the lagoon. The kitchen was fully equipped. This unit has a washer, dryer and fireplace. We will definitely stay here again.

NEEDS SOME LOVE

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs an update in general...furnishings and a new washer/dryer unit. The dryer barely works and the buzzer is broken on it. We read all the signs on it and it still dried sporadically. Also, this first floor unit was very noisy from the unit above. Overall it was very worn. There are so many rental options, we would not chose this one again.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy this unit. I am pleased to advise that we are working with the owner to order a new washer and dryer. While they current ones are functioning, our owners agreed that they should be updated. I will pass your other comments to our team for investigation.

Tennis Club villa on a lagoon with great nature sightings.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely nature sightings from the villa. Villa was dirty when we first arrived but Akers Ellis promptly came and cleaned again. The villa was a little farther from the beach than other Tennis Club villas we have rented. The villa could use a deep cleaning. The bike rental service was very convenient. The kitchen supplies were adequate. This villa was the best for nature sightings compared to other TC villas. The enclosed porch was different. It had pros and cons. Akers Ellis was very professional and attentive.

A lot of work on landscaping starts at 8am so don’t plan on sleeping in. Other than the constant blowers and mower noise, this was a great location.

Tennis club villa.

Overall it was good. We had trouble accessing the unit with the key. They ended up replacing the door knob the second day but was still hard to access. Needs to be looked at. The condo was nice. It could use a good cleaning. The bed linens need to be replaced. I have been to Kiawah many times. It is always beautiful!

Definetely Would Return

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although this was not one of the larger units we stayed in over the years, it was probably one of the nicer units. It had the best stocked kitchen I've been in. Encountered some large roaches. Needs some minor extermination. A/C was down for a day but was immediately attended to and repaired by management.
