Super nice Condo

The condo was in a great location, very clean, just all around great place. We loved having 2 balconies. We would definitely rent this condo again, also the owner was super nice.

If you are looking for a quieter family oriented location then this is the area. Very nice condo, beautiful view and great beach area. David is very communicative and friendly.

Heaven on earth!

Awesome property. Very clean and well stocked. Location was ideal. David was fantastic, knowledgeable and attentive couldn't ask for a better host. Found our new favorite place!!

Great condo!

Nice, clean condo. Great location. Host was one of the best we've ever had. He was just a phone call away for any questions or concerns (even things not directly related to the condo such as local dining). We would definitely stay here again.

Moonspinner condo

Probably the best condo I’ve ever stayed at. The owner was superb, available at anytime, made checking in and out easy. The condo was clean and had everything I needed. The views were awesome and balconies have polywood furniture which is nice.

I recently stayed at a beautiful condo at Moonspiner in Panama City Beach, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The unit, owned by David, was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable — truly a home away from home.From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described (or even better). The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the beach access couldn’t have been more convenient. The condo had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, cozy furniture, and thoughtful touches throughout.David was a fantastic host — responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. You can tell he takes great pride in the property.If you're looking for a peaceful, clean, and well-maintained place to stay in PCB with easy beach access and a great host, I highly recommend booking this condo at Moonspiner. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Great property

Very nice condo next to St Andrews park. We go to PCB usually 1-3 times a year and have stayed in a lot of the condos on the beach and this is one of the nicest. Loved the location away from all the traffic and chaos of Front Beach Road with still lots of wonderful restaurants within 5 minutes of driving (even during peak season). Owner was very communicative. There was a problem with our check in but it was not due to the owner and he resolved it immediately.

A+++ Wonderful!!

David is such a great host. Called to check in with us on our way into PCB to let us know the condo was clean and ready early! He gave us all his recommendations for places to eat and even though we have been the PCB many many times we took his recommendations and tried a couple new places to us and they did not disappoint! He called after our vacation to see how it went and if there was anything he could do to improve his condo. He truly wants the best for his renters and his condo does not disappoint! The location is key for us. We love the lower grand lagoon area and the proximity to St. Andrew’s Park! 10/10 ⭐️

Amazing, you will not be disappointed!!

If you are looking for a relaxing trip near toms of amazing food, this is for you! My husband and I had the best time and actually saw deer next door at the park. Communication with the owner is amazing and his food suggestions were on point! We cannot wait to book again!

Very nice furnishings

Only has two beds. Pull out couch should not be counted. This condo is great for four people. Two and one half baths not three full baths as stated.

Our vacation

Our family had a great vacation at the Moonspinner. We enjoyed Exploring St Andrews park and we could walk to a lot of restaurants. Our condo was tops. Hope to stay then again.

Beautiful Condo with great amenities

We loved every minute of our stay in this condo (except when we had to leave). David was very informative and a great host. The condo was clean, recently updated, and very well stocked. We also really loved the condo complex itself. There’s tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, heated pool, hot tub, and a beautiful beach. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Will definitely stay again!

From the time we booked with David, everything was easy. He even called a few days before we were to arrive to see if I had any questions. The condo was very nice. Everything that he said it was, did not disappoint. We will definitely stay in this condo again.

Amazing place!

Best week ever!

Stayed in this condo over fall break with our 2 daughters. Had a wonderful stay! Condo was really great, had everything we needed. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Wonderful views out the balconies. Loved the pool and hot tub and the beach was just steps away. Loved the privacy of this condo since it is at the end of the strip. Nice walks down to St. Andrews State Park. Great snorkeling! (except for the jelly fish that showed up for a few days, but cool to look at!). Would so recommend a stay at this condo! Loved loved loved our week in Panama City!

A sweet getaway!

It had been 5 years since our last vacation and boy did we NEED one! We needed a place that was on the beach, could accommodate 2 adults + 2 teenagers that didn't bankrupt us- we work for a living! lol I spent hours searching on the internet and talking to people renting their condos and after a LOT of misleading info etc I was fortunate enough to see the ad for the Moonspinner. When we contacted David he could not have been more honest, fair and most importantly ACCESSIBLE! This is not a condo that teenagers rent out and destroy-this condo and the grounds are kept up very nicely This is the PERFECT family rental. The condo has a beautiful location and the pictures posted are absolutely accurate. The AC works, the ice maker works, the blender works, appliances are top notch and work, the view is BEAUTIFUL, the beach is awesome.... We loved having beach access to St Andrews state park, it was great for shell hunting! For future travelers considering this unit know that you could not do better! I'm hopeful we can return SOON!!!! Sigh... I wish I was there right now! lol

The owner was very helpful and considerate to our needs.

We stayed at this condo for a month late in 2011. We will be back for sure next year. Dave was so very curteous and helpful. We really appreciated the renovated bathrooms and the easy access to the tub and shower. We appreciated that there was no carpet in this unit, making it very clean. The stairs were no problem at all, it was great having the two floors...it seemed like we had more space!! The photos in the description were very accurate. For any Canadians there is a tea kettle and tea pot in this condo...a must for sure. The morning we left the dolphins put on a good show, making it easier for us to leave. We loved the quiet at this end of the beach....and so close to the park! Wish we could have stayed longer.
