There is one assigned parking space in the underground garage, and open outside parking. The amenities at this property include 3 pools (two outdoor and one indoor), two hot tubs (one indoor and one outdoor), his and hers sauna, fitness room, and billiard room. Private access to the drive beach. St. Maarten is a two-week minimum rental building. Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
