Dear Guest, I am really sorry for how you received filing a damage claim this way. As I explained to you before : CSA is a rental damage insurance with 59 $ non refundable premium included in every booking ( already paid in the rental fee, and you lose it either you file a claim or not) and it cover any thing broken/ damaged, during the rental period, it doesn’t affect you or charge you extra, neither affect your future rental with VRBO. I filed claim for the door Lock . It doesn’t matter if the door knob was old or ugly when you checked in, it was functioning and rendered nonfunctional with your usage, that is a legitimate reason for a claim, again feel free to call the insurance company for something has nothing to do with you or affect you. When you complained that the dryer is functioning but you think it is taking extra time to dry the clothes, I replaced it ( how is that make me a bad host 🤔)

Dear Rach, Thank you for review as well as staying with us for three months. Though I have to say, a minor kitchen sink drain leak that was fixed on the same day, is a normal mishap could happen to any rental specially if you stay enough for three months, and it is not significant to warrant that comment. This is a 2400 Square feet( three bed rooms, three bath rooms, Candian hard wood all over the unit) , Oceon fornt( not side view, Master and family rooms with 2 windows and 500 SF Balcony Ocean Front) in one of the most luxorious building in Florida( Three pools one heated out door and one indoor) and indoor underground parking lot, you paid for a moth rental the same money you have could spent on a weekly rental for a 300 SF studio with a back street view in any hotel next door !
