Upon reviewing your reservation, we see you contacted our 24/7 Guest Services Team regarding the TV, and while our technician was able to access DirecTV channels, we apologize for the difficulty using the system. As for the supplies, we provide a starter set of essentials as noted in our pre-arrival info, but we understand it can be surprising if you're used to different standards. Regarding the late checkout request, we do our best to accommodate when possible, however, fees may apply due to housekeeping schedules. Lastly, we know that booking through a third-party company can sometimes result in additional charges, and we always recommend booking directly to avoid those, where possible.
