Experience the smart home system that allows guests to remotely access the front door with a unique code. The smart hub, located at the entrance, enables communication through the video doorbell, control of lights, and temperature adjustment with motion sensors. Feel safe with the security system provided on the front entryway table.
For guests staying 7 nights or more, washer and dryer access is included. If staying less than 7 days and wish to use the laundry facilities, please inform the host and pay a small fee of $15. Garage access is not permitted during your stay.
As per VRBO regulations, we have Ring Surveillance cameras outside the property for security purposes. These cameras are only active between guest stays and are located at the front driveway and backyard.

We are Anthony & Tori. We love North Carolina, and want to share our space with. all of you! We are originally from NY, and work in the customer service industry. We own two rental properties one in Winnabow NC and another in Leland NC. We love that we can create a space that people can use and enjoy. Our goal is to have multiple properties at affordable rates so everyone can travel!

This property is 4 beds, and 2 baths, with alot of open land. We love it because the whole development is tucked in, but still so close to everything! We call it "Off the beat-in path!"
