Welcome to Wildfern Grove, an intentional community and forest sanctuary nestled on 40 acres of Pacific Northwest beauty. Celestial is where you come when you need to remember how small your worries are, and how vast you truly are.
Duck through the hand-crafted 4-foot hobbit door and look up. Golden fairy lights trace the rafters like a constellation map, a white star hangs from the crown of the dome, and the painted interior glows with warmth. This is what it feels like to sleep inside a lantern.
Celestial is the only yurt on the property with electricity, bringing the charm of the hobbit door and the hand-painted Mongolian interior together with the convenience of outlets and warm lighting. All the magic. No sacrifice.
Step outside and the territorial views to the northwest horizon open before you, the town of South Prairie visible through and above the trees, the sky impossibly wide. By night, genuine darkness and stars.

The closest yurt to the outdoor showers — 30 feet away — and just steps from the community spaces, hot tub, and indoor bathroom. Celestial offers everything the forest has to give with the ease of having it all nearby.

ABOUT THE HOBBIT DOOR & PAINTED INTERIOR
Two layers of magic await you at the entrance to Celestial: the 4-foot hobbit door that asks you to bow before entering, and once inside, a pair of hand-painted interior French doors that can be opened wide to flood the space with light or closed for intimacy. The door and interior crown are painted in the traditional Mongolian style — blue and gold, intricate and alive.
CEDAR HOT TUB Melt into our luxurious 7' cedar hot tub located on the deck of the Geodesic Dome Home — under a minute walk from Celestial.
