Newly renovated private studio apartment located above our garage, just a five minute drive to the closest beach access. Tastefully decorated, urban coastal decor, centrally located, with on-site parking. Located in a beautiful residential neighborhood, close to restaurants, boutiques, wine bars, spas, and the beach!
The space
Get ready to relax and unwind in our Studio apartment. It offers a full kitchen and bathroom, comfortable queen sized bed with large dresser and Smart TV, as well as a pull out sofa that opens to a double bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with full sized refrigerator, stove/oven, dishes, pans, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and offers pub style seating for four at the counter. The bathroom offers both a full size tub and shower, and basic toiletries. The scenic back yard offers a tranquil garden sitting area, and an outside shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella are also provided as well as bikes for cruising around the neighborhood.

The apartment is yours to enjoy, and we have set up an outdoor area in the back for you to relax. The upper decks are private; though please feel free to use the propane grill.
