The condo was definitely not as clean as I would have liked. There was a lot of hair in the shower and in the bathrooms that I had to clean. I also had to wipe down both bathroom counters because they were dirty. The washer had what appeared to be dried vomit that was still present even after I ran the clean cycle. This was especially frustrating because I wanted to wash our beach clothes daily and could not. The air conditioner was very loud and the master bedroom does not get good air flow. At no fault of the host the condition of the property was also not great. The elevators have no air flow and most of them have moving blankets hanging them giving the appearance of a construction zone. Overall not what was described although it worked. The access to the beach was nice and easy to get to which was probably the only plus for our stay.

Very nice condo

I usually stay at Beachgate, but they're a little pricey right now. I've been staying in VRBO properties lately in other cities (mainly Amarillo) and I like VRBO's policies and procedures. This condo is wonderful for the price. I was concerned about the distance to the beach and the stairs down the boardwalk. Both were not an issue. The walk from 220 to the beach is actually shorter and easier than the one from our usual Beachgate condo. The condo itself was very clean and fairly well appointed. I really like the Keurig combo coffee maker, I might buy one for myself. The air fryer is a really nice feature too. What I was really happy about was the drinking water filtration system in this condo. It's amazing. I will be booking this condo again in the future.
