Great location that had everything we needed.

We had a great stay at Nancy's place with our dog. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The pool is newly updated and quite lovely. The beach is just a short walk from the condo. Nancy was helpful and very responsive. We had a great week.

Fantastic Place!!

We had a very peaceful stay, and the condo was wonderfully furnished with everything we needed (including a wagon and umbrellas for the beach). The location was perfect too--very close to the gulf with just a 2 minute walk--and Nancy was easily reached and very responsive and hospitable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and we hope to stay there again soon!

Great stay, perfect location!

Had a wonderful stay, easy/short walk to the beach, close to great restaurants and stores! Condo was the perfect amount of space for my family, pool and grounds are beautiful and everything was very clean! Appreciate the community being very dog friendly and everyone we met (including locals that lived there) were all very helpful and kind! And Nancy is the perfect host and we appreciate her for sharing her home with us! We will be back!

Santa Rosa re-visit

The property was just as the listing description stated. The unit had everything we needed to prepare meals and accommodations for sleeping and leisure activities. A short walk to the beach. All of the supplies needed for the beach were available in the unit. The elevator was a nice plus! The property is pet friendly which we appreciated.

Clean & Cozy - will stay again!!

Clean and cozy condo just steps away from the beach. This condo is located within biking distance of Seaside and Rosemary beaches. The host, Nancy, has everything you need: beach wagon with cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc. Nancy is so kind and such a thoughtful host. Can’t wait for our next stay!!

Awesome beach getaway

My daughter and I stayed here for spring break. It was a great location! Can see the water from the deck and it's a short 5 min (if that) walk to the beach. Condo had everything we needed and when I had any questions, owner responded very quickly. Very homey feel. Will definitely be going back!

Great location and great host

We love coming to stay at Beachfront 2. This is the second time we have stayed at Nancy’s and had everything we needed. Nancy was quick at responding and the place was clean and cozy. We were also allowed to check in a little early which is very convenient. Nancy’s place is an easy walk to the beach and the property is well maintained and very pet friendly. We rented a golf cart and we’re able to take it to the nearby shops and restaurants. We would definitely book Nancy’s place again in the future.

Me, my husband and 2yr ol...

Me, my husband and 2yr old little boy had a great vacation. This is a very quiet location. The beach is within walking distance and the water was beautiful. Great pool area, wasn't crowded. We will be back.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a little tight for three adults, but it worked out just fine and we had a great time. We have our favorite places all along 30a and this location was perfectly situated to easily visit Rosemary Beach, as well places we enjoy going to toward Grayton Beach, and everything in between. The condo is perfect for two people and a very short walk to the beach. Definitely recommend.

Location location

We loved this location. Very convenient for the beach and close to all my favorite restaurants. The only thing I didn’t care for were the beds, both mattresses were very uncomfortable. Also, there was no washer and dryer. Everything else was great. I took my 5 year old and my mom. Also, the whole place is super dog friendly!!

Very clean & convenient, great for dogs!

We had very specific requirements looking for a place to stay: south side of 30A to avoid crossing to go to the beach, small since only the two of us getting away for a week, dog friendly, & clean. This loft style condo checked every box. The location is perfect to get easily & quickly to the beach. The pool area is super nice. The pet area is very nice & convenient. Communication with Nancy was very easy- she responded quickly & kindly when contacted. Highly recommend if looking for a convenient, small condo that is pet friendly.

Spring break getaway

Me, my daughter and sister came for a short Spring break vacation and we absolutely loved this condo as well as the location. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The complex was quiet and relaxing. You could see the ocean each morning. The pool was well kept and it was a very short walk to the beach, which we took each day. I love that it is on a dead end street with no traffic. Loved the layout of the condo and it was stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very nice to work with. I will definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much for sharing you wonderful little hide away.

Perfect location and stay!

We were so pleased with our place & the entire vacation. Everything was great & Nancy was so kind to anything I requested. I prefer a laid back vacay with minimal frills. I loved being able to ride bikes right down to Deer Lake or walk the beach to it. Also so happy with the location to reach every area from Destin to Panama City. Grayton Beach State Park was wonderful as well & the crab island experience was very very fun! I enjoy the natural parts of beaches the most & gravitate to them. This location and condo was exactly why it was picked! It was absolutely perfect for our needs and trip!!! Thank you for sharing Nancy!!! We will be back!!

Very close to the beach and Affordable, too!!!

This condo is very, very close to the beach - no busy streets to cross! Step off the elevator to the 3rd floor condo making check in very easy!!! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and you’re very close to 30A’s world-class restaurants when eating out! The large balcony overlooks the new pool and Hot Tub! Even though we had horrible weather (IT WAS FEBRUARY) we really loved the HOT, HOT TUB!!! Fabulous!!! Nancy was great to work with and even let us check in hours early which was so nice!!! Looking forward to returning in the summer!!!

Great location. Nancy was great to work with!!! The pool was under renovation while we were there and appears that it will be that way for a while as the company doing the renovation seemed to be moving at a snails pace. It didn't bother us casue we were there for the GULF. Looks like it will be great when completed. The unit is on the third floor but the elevator is right at the door.

Close to beach

The condo was clean and provided us the essentials. No frills,, Close to beach, dog friendly, and inexpensive. Unfortunately, to no fault of the owner, the elevator, washing machines and internet were all out of order our last 2 days. I did not contact the owner about these issues as I was informed by another resident that it's pretty common after a storm. We were advised by maintenance on Saturday the elevator would be fixed Monday, after we were already scheduled to leave. It's a great spot, just be aware these things could happen.

There is a great community feeling - residents and business owners are friendly and many have become lifelong friends. It's a great feeling every time we're there!
