Our airy and spacious townhome features over 2000 sq ft of living space. Will be completely decorated with new furniture and decor for 2025 season. The home will be done with brand new furniture and freshly appointed. NEW PHOTOS TO COME AS WE COMPLETE

It allows plenty of room for a large family and has everything you need.
We are new owners of this condo and we look to bring a beautiful home away from home feel.
The AC unit is brand new for a comfortable stay.
There are 5 levels with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Multiple balconies for you to enjoy a drink outside.
Dining room and fully equipped kitchen with a seating area to enjoy family.

There is a 2 car garage and will have 1 on street parking pass for your convenience.

Unit will include 8 beach passes, Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon

We provide linens and bath towels. We will start you with soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as paper towels and toilet paper

Great Space!

I traveled down with my teenage kids and a couple of their friends this weekend and it was the perfect space. Many levels and balconies so each group could find their own place to hang out. Great location - easy walk to the beach/boardwalk and the host was very friendly and helpful and always responded quickly.

The place was perfect for me and my 5 girlfriends with our intentions to just spend time together and lounge on the beach for the weekend. Very spacious and clean and great location being only a little more than a block to the beach and the boardwalk. It was great that beach passes, beach chairs and beach umbrella were all included in the rental. Host was very responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

In a word- wonderful! The 5 level setup provided privacy if you wanted it, and the kitchen and living room levels provided community togetherness, when you wanted it. Best family vacation ever!- as voted by our granddaughters. See you next year, for sure. Thank you for a pleasant Seaside Heights stay! Pete and family

Awesome Property and Location

We had a great stay. The house had plenty of room and was stocked with everything we needed like cookware, appliances, coffee maker, washer and dryer, and a wifi-internet connection. Would definitely recommend.

The property was very spacious, well maintained with plenty of kitchen ware for cooking meals. Beach theme throughout the condo was very nice. Easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. Owner provided many extras such as beach tags, parking pass, beach chairs.

Five-star beach home

We had a wonderful weekend beach trip staying at this house. Although the weather wasn’t ideal, having a great place to stay made all the difference. The house is spotless and maintained to a high standard. In addition to four generously sized bedrooms, there’s plenty of shared space to relax and enjoy. Most of the equipment and appliances are new, and the location is convenient to everything we needed. The owner was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely come back.
