We are so glad that Southern Comfort provided a comfortable stay and that it worked out well for you and your family as you came together to celebrate your new Marine!! Thank you for sharing your experience regarding the musty odor. We do our best to work with the elements of living in the woods in close proximity to the marsh, but sometimes following many days of rain, it can get ahead of us. I am usually the one who checks the house prior to check in however I was out of town and someone else did it. It was brought to my attention that the two HEPA two air purifiers may not have been turned on prior to your arrival. If that is the case, please accept our apologies, as these units have been a huge support in reducing the mustiness in the home. We appreciate your comments and please know we are committed to staying ahead of the situation by continuing to look for additional viable solutions. Thank you again for choosing Southern Comfort Sincerely, Martha Property Mgr.

Congratulations to your Marine! We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay in Southern Comfort and hope that you were able to experience as much of Beaufort as your time would allow. Graduation keeps everyone pretty busy. If you find yourself in our area again, we hope you will consider staying with us again.

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. Good memories of family times together are so treasured. We welcome you back if you are in the area again.

Beaufort is a beautiful area and we'd love to have you come back to experience more of its fun, beauty, and adventure. We'd love to have you return. Please consider Southern Comfort your home away from home when you do!

Thank you for sharing your experience. We apologize it was not what you had hoped for. As mentioned to you when you informed of the problem upon departure, our pest control service had just been in a few days prior. Thankfully you mentioned many of the palmetto bugs were dead which of course is what we hope for.....even if we don't want to see them at all. None of the housekeeping crew, guests since your stay or myself, have seen any, dead or alive, since your departure. This feels like a timing thing that had some 'coming out of the woodwork' on the way towards their demise. Again, we regret that you had to experience one of the many joys of being in the Lowcountry which is all too common at a property with multiple trees next to the water. We hope this experience didn't interfere from enjoying your time in Beaufort. Thank you, Martha (Property Manager)

We are so pleased that our home met your needs! We strive to provide a "home away from home" for our guests and feel that having everything you might need right there eliminates the stress that sometimes occurs in rental properties. Hearing appreciation of Martha's excellent work always makes us smile! She's a natural when it comes to taking care of guests and it is wonderful to hear that others recognize that too.

We love to hear from families who are as comfortable in our house as we are when we're there. We strive to provide the comforts of home so your focus can be on having a wonderful experience and enjoying the Beaufort area to its fullest. Thank you for choosing Southern Comfort and we welcome you back when you visit Beaufort in the future!

We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay in Beaufort and at Southern Comfort. It is a joy to share it with visitors to the Lowcountry who appreciate the natural beauty of our area. Should you find reason to come back, we hope you will consider staying again. And, congratulations to your graduate!
