This newly remodeled 2-bedroom townhome is perfectly positioned to enjoy both the quiet and serene surroundings and all of the excitement of the nearby bars, restaurants, shopping and of course skiing! Step into the spacious living area featuring cathedral ceilings, large windows, a gas fireplace, and flat screen TV. The fully equipped open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast bar with seating for 4 people. The dining table seats an additional 4 people comfortably. Step out onto the private patio and enjoy the mountain scenery while grilling up some food on the BBQ.

The primary bedroom features a queen sized bed, a nearly floor to ceiling window, and a flat screen TV. The en suite primary bathroom features a bathtub/shower combination and a walk in closet. The guest bedroom features a twin over queen bunk bed, a large sunny window, and a flat screen TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests, as well as a private washer and dryer for your convenience.

After a long day on the slopes, enjoy the two outdoor community hot tubs that are about a 30 second walk from the townhome. A bit further, right outside the community, you'll find the popular Snake River Saloon featuring fine and casual dining as well as live bands and great nightlife. From the front door of the property, you are only a short 3 minute walk on the pedestrian path through the pines to the entrance of River Run!
