If your idea of the best beach vacation can be described as a small, quaint space, away from the crowds, directly located on the Gulf of Mexico with amazing views, a private pool and quick access to the sugar white sand, then Veranda 103 is the place for you.
Veranda is a small, 9 unit condo complex. This is a beachfront condo with 1 bedroom, featuring a king size bed, hallway bunk beds perfect for kids, and 1 full bath. You can enjoy the unobstructed view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from inside the condo as well as the patio. Both sunrises and sunsets are visible from the patio. There is a private beach access with an uncrowded beach and Veranda has its own private pool. Beach essentials provided including beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels, so you can head straight to the sand the moment you arrive. In unit washer and dryer included — perfect for extended stays and snowbirds looking for a comfortable winter retreat.
The fishing pier and restaurants are within a short one mile walk down the beach. Stewby's, AJ's and Asiago's are located very close to the condo and Bucettis pizza is located right next door. Destin is a 7 mile drive and Destin-Fort Walton Airport is only 15 minutes away.
Please note the condo will be stocked with starter supplies. We recommend bringing or purchasing additional toiletries and supplies as needed for your stay.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent our condo. A copy of your photo ID will be required for verification upon booking.

Such a beautiful place, the pool and beach were perfect and we would definitely come back to stay at this location again. The view from the balcony is exactly as pictured. The pizza place next door was super convenient too!

This is a great unit to stay in if you want to feel like you have the beach to yourself. We really enjoy staying at smaller properties.

Cutest ocean front property

The ocean views were spectacular! The apartment was decorated so cute and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were attentive to detail and had thought of everything one might need on vacation. The community pool was heated and clean. There were some restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Veranda 103 Emerald Wave is located directly on the beach. It doesn't get any closer than this. So convenient to the private beach access and pool. A beautiful unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony or inside the condo itself. Watch the sea oats sway in the Gulf breeze as you sip your drink from the high top chairs on the patio. No need lugging lunch with you to the beach — it is an easy walk from the condo to the beach to accommodate any beach breaks you'll need. Restaurants are just a short walk away and a scenic sidewalk runs the entire length of the island — perfect for walking, running or biking.

We can't stress enough how this particular building is located so close to the beach. It really doesn't get any better than this. Just steps away from your toes in the sand or relax by the private pool. This is also a small, 9 unit condominium complex which makes for a more quaint, less congested vacation experience. No crowded elevators, no packed pool areas — just a quiet and private beachfront escape that feels like your own little slice of paradise. Beach essentials are provided and our recently remodeled condo has been thoughtfully updated so you can simply arrive, relax and enjoy!
