The third bedroom is also located on the second floor which host 2 sets of twin over full bunks and video arcade. There is one bath on this level with a dressing area. Outside offers all the room you will need for gathering. Watch the big game on the outside tv, take a dip in the hot tub, play a round of horseshoes, so much to do you will want to hang out all night. Great boat parking with plenty of room for everyone.
