The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for a weekend trip. The location was ideal and close to tourist areas, and it was easy to get rideshare services quickly and at a reasonable price. TV and internet services were available, which was convenient. The host was also very accommodating and willing to work with me on check-in and check-out times due to my flight schedule. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect place for me to rest my head after a busy day walking the convention center. The location was close to everything. The best was it is a beautiful, relaxed neighborhood. I will be back for next years convention.

Was smaller than expected and I didn’t realize i’d be sharing the house with the host. Other than that, it was very worth the price.

Mrs. Margarita is a very attentive person. It's a room at the back of the main house with its own private bathroom, kitchen, and refrigerator. It has a separate entrance from the main house. The location is good. Street parking is available and safe. I would definitely stay there again. Everything is brand new.

We appreciated the cleanliness and privacy of it, but there were several amenities that were lacking. For the two of us, there were three bath towels, but only one hand towel and one washcloth. There was no toilet paper holder. In the kitchen, there was no place to eat (table & chairs on the patio, but not easy to access and the first two days were cool and rainy). There was nothing on which to wipe our hands, so we had to buy paper towels; no dish soap; no paper cups or plates; only two small teacups (we prefer mugs); plates provided couldn't be used in the microwave (metal rims). There were plenty of cooking utensils if anyone wants to cook and do dishes on vacation.

Everything was even better than described! The room was was definitely comfy and cozy! The bed is a very comfortable queen pillow top mattress with extra soft and warm blankets for comfort. It was chilly on the nights that we stayed so we turned on the heat and we were warm and cozy without interruption all night long. We enjoyed watching one of our favorite TV shows using the Netflix guest account provided to us there. The bathroom also nice and modern with a spacious shower and excellent water flow in the shower. Also the towels were so big and soft and fluffy! And though we did not use it the kitchen had all the necessary amenities. Also aside from the spacious yard and patio table another seating area was next to the room as well. We felt like we were in a high-end Hotel without the expensive price tag. It had all of the Comforts of home without any sacrifice of the quality of Linens and furnishings. The host definitely takes Pride in their property and if we are in the area we would absolutely stay here again and we will definitely be recommending it to others.
