We are conveniently located ten minutes from Birmingham airport, five minutes from downtown, and eight minutes from UAB, making it the perfect choice for business travelers. Experience the vibrant nightlife at the Uptown Theater or Top Golf five minutes away, along with many other exciting attractions. Our comfortable bedroom and inviting areas provide ample space for relaxation and unwinding. This is a comfortable and cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home with a spacious open area that includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, a den, and a dining room with comfortable seating. Additionally, there is a washer and dryer available for use. Each bedroom boasts a very comfortable queen-size bed and a television. Whether you are working or taking a leisurely break, this space is perfect for relaxation. As a guest, you can park in front of the home or in the driveway. You will drive through the rear alleyway if you plan to park around the back. You can access the home from the front or back. This area is encompassed by numerous other historic houses, all within 5 minutes of the historic downtown of Birmingham, Alabama, LLegacy Arena, Top Golf, and Uptown dinner theater in Birmingham, Alabama. Guests are welcome to park on the property. There are parking options available in the driveway, on the street in front of the house, and also in the backyard. No Locals.
